Nuestro objetivo es comprender los retos del negocio de nuestros clientes y crear soluciones analíticas sólidas, arquitecturas de datos escalables y aplicaciones con modelos avanzados de IA.

Serás responsable de gestionar proyectos y servicios tecnológicos en el ámbito de Data & AI, incluyendo :

• Planificación, ejecución y seguimiento de proyectos tecnológicos, asegurando cumplimiento de plazos, costes, calidad y alcance.
• Coordinación de equipos multidisciplinares (técnicos, analistas, científicos de datos.) en diferentes fases del proyecto.
• Identificación, gestión y mitigación de riesgos y dependencias.
• Facilitación e implementación de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y tradicionales (PMI, PRINCE2), según el tipo de proyecto.
• Asegurar la entrega de valor en cada proyecto, alineado con los objetivos estratégicos del cliente y del negocio.
• Gestión activa de stakeholders, priorización de requerimientos y comunicación efectiva.
• Monitoreo de la estabilidad y disponibilidad de servicios IT, impulsando la mejora continua de los mismos.
• Asegurar que los servicios IT estén alineados con las necesidades estratégicas del negocio.

• Español nativo y permiso de trabajo en España.
• Formación en Ingeniería Informática o similar.
• Experiencia de al menos 3 a 5 años en gestión de proyectos y / o servicios IT.
• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos / equipos de Data (Azure, PowerBI) y proyectos de IA (ML, IA-Gen)
• Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y tradicionales (PMI, PRINCE2).
• Conocimientos sólidos de ITIL o metodologías similares para la gestión de servicios.
• Experiencia en la coordinación de equipos multidisciplinarios.
• Capacidad analítica y orientación a la mejora continua.
