Buscamos profesionales con experiencia en consultoría IT con certificación PMP, conocimientos en metodologías y prácticas como Agile, DevSecOps, ITIL, SAFe o PMP; gestión y operaciones relacionadas con costes de TI, proveedores, riesgos y cumplimiento normativo; elaboración de cuadros de mando y reporting utilizando herramientas como Power BI y métricas de gestión; así como en estrategia y planificación tecnológica en ámbitos como cloud, datos, aprovisionamiento o cambio cultural. También valoramos experiencia en arquitectura y modelos operativos (IT TOM, arquitectura empresarial), transformación y gobierno (PMO, oficina del CIO, planes de digitalización), así como en innovación y automatización, incluyendo inteligencia artificial, scouting tecnológico y soluciones emergentes.
¿Qué necesitas saber?
Requisitos indispensables:
- Titulaciones STEM (Ciencias, tecnologías, ingenierías y matemáticas) Dobles titulaciones con alguna carrera STEM o carreras como ADE, Finanzas y Derecho con especializaciones STEM.
- Conocimientos fluidos de castellano e inglés (mínimo B2)
- Certificación PMP (Project Management Professional) vigente.
- Experiencia en proyectos con SAP y Salesforce (preferente en logística, retail, Oil & Gas).
- Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y gestión de proyectos complejos.
Valoraremos que poseas:
- Formación de Máster y/o Postgrado
- Certificaciones adicionales: ISO9001, PRINCE2, Agile, ISO21500…
- Conocimiento en ServiceNow (Unity), Power BI, SharePoint, Jira y SAP.

Introduction to role
The Operational Buyer is responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that all goods and services meet project specifications, target costs, and timelines. This role aims to enhance supplier relationships, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement within the department.
Role Responsibilities
Supplier Management Strengthen project-focused relationships with suppliers.
Evaluate suppliers to ensure compliance with Vanderlande’s requirements.
Maintain the supplier database.
Procurement Management Manage the procurement process from negotiation to material receipt and invoice review.
Ensure material and service delivery dates align with project schedules.
Analyze purchase costs to meet project target costs.
Manage supplier contracts.
Quality Assurance Verify that engineering specifications are complete and provide all necessary information to suppliers for accurate offers.
Ensure received offers are technically correct in collaboration with engineering and the Project Manager.
Control the quality of deliveries, including product quality, timely deliveries, and documentation.
Continuous Improvement Collaborate with other departments to enhance communication.
Continuously integrate into Process Map 2.0.
Identify and implement departmental improvement points according to internal policies.
Set improvement objectives regarding suppliers and supplied materials, including finding new suppliers and standardizing equipment configurations.
Role Qualification and Skills
University degree or higher education, preferably in technical engineering.
Advanced level of English (French is highly valuable)
Knowledge in procurement management.
2 years of similar tasks, ideally with experience in engineering or having worked in another engineering company.
Ability to take initiative and make autonomous decisions.
Analytical skills.
Ability to create and maintain a network of internal and external contacts.
High organizational and planning capacity.
Process monitoring and improvement skills.
