Buscamos un / a Project Manager IT con experiencia en estándares PMP, que lidere la definición e implantación de un marco corporativo para gestionar y supervisar proyectos IT.
Responsabilidades :
- Diseñar e implantar un marco corporativo de gestión de proyectos tecnológicos.
- Definir y adaptar ciclos de vida según el tipo de iniciativa (infraestructura, sistemas, comunicaciones, etc.).
- Liderar todas las fases del proyecto, garantizando alcance, plazos y calidad.
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares y fomentar buenas prácticas.
- Alinear la gestión de proyectos con la estrategia IT y el modelo ITSM.
- Impulsar herramientas, plantillas y metodologías que aporten madurez organizativa.
Requisitos :
- Formación y experiencia en aplicación de metodología PMP.
- Más de 5 años de experiencia demostrable liderando proyectos IT complejos, involucrando diferentes verticales tecnológicas combinadas, que aporte una visión completa a nivel técnico y de gestión del proyecto.
- Dominio de metodologías y estándares de gestión de proyectos.
- Experiencia en proyectos con equipos técnicos diversos y deslocalizados.
- Capacidad para comunicar, estructurar e implantar marcos de trabajo en organizaciones con baja madurez en gestión de proyectos.
- Alta orientación a resultados, pensamiento estructurado y habilidades interpersonales.
