About the Role :

- Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time, ensuring efficient spend and strong performance on key KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversions).

- Identify content and keyword gaps to inform future campaign and SEO initiatives.
Cross-Team Partnership & Enablement
- Act as the strategic SEM partner to internal vertical and product marketing teams.
- Host regular internal SEM sessions to provide consultative support, brainstorm new ideas, and field quick-turn requests.
- Educate stakeholders on SEM capabilities and foster a culture of performance-driven marketing.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in SEM or performance marketing roles, with at least 3 years managing paid search strategy at scale.
- Demonstrated experience building or running high-volume SEM campaigns for B2B and B2C brands.
- Past experience building from zero, not just stepping in to existing roles and programs and optimizing – a hybrid builder/optimizer.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking tools.
- Additional knowledge of paid channels including LinkedIn, Meta, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of top-of-funnel digital advertising strategies, including platforms and tactics used for brand awareness, audience expansion, and demand generation (e.G. YouTube, paid social).
- Ability to translate brand or campaign goals into effective upper-funnel media plans with clear KPIs and targeting strategies.
- Understanding of how to apply digital advertising strategies to support new market entry initiatives—leveraging paid media to build awareness, validate audience potential, and generate early demand in new geographies or verticals.
- Proven leadership experience in building teams that run with agency-style operations.
- Exceptional data literacy and analytical thinking—comfortable owning dashboards and reporting frameworks.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Como PPC Executive te encargarás mantener y hacer crecer las cuentas de PPC nacionales e internacionales para Sprinter en todos los canales de pago, incluidos, entre otros, Search, Display y Google Shopping.
Detalles clave:
- Working hours: 39.

- Planificar, gestionar y revisar la ejecución de campañas de PPC.
- Mantener y mejorar todos los canales de pago para así ofrecer campañas eficientes y rentables.

- Optimizar campañas para cumplir con los objetivos / KPI.

Qué harás en Selectra como Senior Acquisition?
El Senior Acquisition se integrará en el equipo de marketing digital, siendo la figura de referencia en expertise técnico en el departamento de PPC de Selectra para España, Portugal y LATAM. Algunas de las funciones serán :
- Lanzar y optimizar campañas en Google Ads (principalmente en Búsqueda, pero también en otras tipologías de campañas), y en Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads y otras plataformas de captación que sean necesarias para conseguir los resultados.
- En colaboración con el Manager del departamento de PPC de Selectra, liderar la definición y actualización de una estrategia clara en cada plataforma.
- Ayudar a cada gestor de cuenta del departamento a implementar esa estrategia en los países y mercados de los que es responsable. De la misma manera, será responsable de la consecución de sus objetivos.
- Probar continuamente nuevas estrategias y liderar mejoras técnicas para maximizar conversiones y minimizar costos en cada etapa del embudo.
- Diseñar e implementar una metodología de testing sólida que permita iteraciones argumentadas.
- Buscar mejoras en las campañas de adquisición.
- Desarrollar estrategias de adquisición y generación para garantizar la consecución de los objetivos.
- Desarrollar las mejores prácticas de PPC e incrementar las oportunidades de negocio y ventas provenientes de canales de pago.
- Equilibrar el presupuesto en diferentes canales para lograr los objetivos.
- Desarrollar nuevos canales e intenciones.
- Instaurar un modelo de reporting de performance por plataforma para facilitar la interpretación del dato y con ello la toma de decisiones.
- Velar por los proyectos, pensando siempre en nuevas vías de captación que no sean solo PPC (mailing, CRM, afiliados).

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the PPC Strategy: Take full control of the PPC budget and P&L, driving revenue, improving profit margins, and ensuring we hit financial goals.
- Maximise ROI: Develop and execute innovative strategies to drive positive ROI and strong marketing efficiencies.
- Set the Bar High: Establish clear performance metrics and KPIs to ensure consistent campaign optimisation and success.
- Track & Analyse: Monitor and report on campaign performance against key business metrics like CPA, CPC, ROI, LTV, ARPU, ROAS — and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Test & Learn: Lead A/B testing of ad copy and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
Your profile
- Experience : 3+ years of experience in paid search within the online gambling industry and with Latam exposure.
- Data Wizardry: You know how to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
- Strong Communicator: You can present performance findings to senior stakeholders.
- Search Engine Mastery : Deep expertise in Google Ad
- Knowledge of programmatic ads, having worked with DSPs like DV360 or Xandr.
- Analytics Pro: Minimum GA4 experience, Lookier and GTM knowledge highly appreciated.
- Channel Insight: Understanding of how Paid Search works alongside Organic Search and other performance channels. Be proactive on UX and UA design as well as identifying problems on LPs, Customer Acquisition Funnel, etc.
