General Responsibility
Responsible for coordinating technical project related activities across the different team (AD, FD, DSP, UPS, and CLD) of antibody and non-antibody protein biosimilar molecules production processes.
Specific Responsibilities
~ Planning, organizing and overseeing processes or production trials
~ Making improvements or modifications to current processes.
~ Technical coordination across the different units of the R & D department (PD / AD / FD).
~ Ensure technical activities performance according to the program plan.
~ Leads the performance and execution of troubleshooting studies.

Requirements and personal skills
~ Education:
PhD in relevant Biochemistry/chemistry specialty.
~ Languages:
Fluent Spanish and English, knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
~ Experience (years/area):
+1 (I), 3-6 (II) or +6 (III) years of relevant expertise in laboratory activities working with biologics pharmaceuticals and biotech environments.
~ Travels:

The Project Coordination Specialist works with various stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of installations and commissioning, as well as client training and general troubleshooting both onsite and remotely.
Responsibilities include managing installations from several weeks before work begins until project completion, acting as the main point of contact with the client/contractor/subcontractor team. The individual must build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, site supervisors, and clients to ensure adherence to installation methodology, commissioning, and training protocols.
Key responsibilities also include providing comprehensive training to operators on initial system start-up and shutdown procedures, obtaining client sign-off on completed projects, and communicating with the remote technical support team to request necessary spare/additional parts.
In addition, the role involves responding to and resolving client inquiries via phone or email, logging calls and reports in the appropriate system, assessing whether an on-site visit is necessary, and following up with the internal design team to discuss possible solutions.
Ongoing tasks include assisting in training clients and certified installers, developing materials, scheduling, and facilitating sessions, participating in continuous improvement of internal processes, and helping create user guides and maintenance manuals.
