GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The O&M Specialist will be a member of the O&M area, within the Corporate Technical Team. · Support OpEx optimization processes and new feature to be considered in the digital tool.
· Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Naval Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent) is preferred.
· Deep technical knowledge of offshore wind projects interfaces
· Extensive knowledge of the application of relevant regulations and offshore wind industry standards
· Postgraduate studies in Renewable Energy are valued
· Proficient with all Microsoft 365 Software Packages.
· Excellent communication skills and creating and presenting data stories decision-making.
· Tackle challenging project tasks demonstrating ownership and responsibility.
The company has an international team of employees, and the working language is English. Candidates must be fluent in English both spoken and written. Good planning and organization capabilities

**How you will make an Impact:**
+ Part of the local Project Management Office, supporting Valencia Implant Manufacturing project transfers and scale-up. Initiates, plans, executes, controls and manages all aspects of project(s) to ensure ultimate project success.
