Como Portfolio Management la persona seleccionada se responsabilizará de dar soporte a los heads of LoB en la gestión de las carteras de Specialties (Financial Lines, Accidentes, Credit & Surety y Cyber) dentro del segmento de Empresas.

Para ello, sus principales funciones serán :

• Realización de análisis de la siniestralidad
• Seguimiento de la cartera y de los principales KPIs
• Ofrecer el soporte numérico y técnico para ayudar a definir la estrategia de cada ramo y las acciones necesarias sobre los diferentes segmentos / clientes / nichos que aportan mayor rentabilidad o que causan pérdidas
• Soporte a los equipos de suscripción en la gestión de su cartera

We are seeking a Product Development Specialist to lead the evolution of digital trade finance solutions, with a focus on documentary trade (e.g., Letters of Credit, Collections, Guarantees). The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking market trends, proposing and delivering IT solutions aligned with client needs and industry standards, managing product development lifecycles, and enhancing integration with third-party platforms.

Minimum Required Experience :

• 5–7 years of experience in Trade Finance, with a focus on documentary trade products (Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections, Bank Guarantees, Standby LCs).
• 3+ years of experience in product development, product management, or business analysis within financial services.

Specific Experience Areas :

• Trade Finance Operations & Product Knowledge: Full lifecycle understanding of documentary trade transactions, including onboarding, compliance, processing, and settlement.
• Familiarity with ICC rules (UCP 600, URDG 758, ISP98, URC 522, etc.).
• Experience working with technology teams to define and deliver digital products or enhancements.
• Experience with or knowledge of third-party trade platforms (Contour, Bolero, essDOCS, Komgo, TradeLens, Traydstream, Surecomp).

Como Portfolio Management la persona seleccionadase responsabilizará de dar soporte a los heads of LoB en la gestión de las carteras de Specialties (Financial Lines, Accidentes, Credit & Surety y Cyber) dentro del segmento de Empresas.

Para ello, sus principales funciones serán:

• Realización de análisis de la siniestralidad
• Seguimiento de la cartera y de los principales KPIs.
• Ofrecer el soporte numérico y técnico para ayudar a definir la estrategia de cada ramo y las acciones necesarias sobre los diferentes segmentos/clientes/nichos que aportan mayor rentabilidad o que causan pérdidas.
• Soporte a los equipos de suscripción en la gestión de su cartera.
• Ayudar a definir los procesos operativos y las acciones necesarias para garantizar que la cartera se encuentra dentro de los niveles de rentabilidad planificados.

A estas alturas, te estarás preguntando, ¿Cómo sé si encajo?

No te preocupes, no te voy a pedir que salves el planeta ni que cumplas el 100% de los requisitos.

• Valorables estudios universitarios en ADE, Económicas, Derecho, Actuariales o similares.
• Experiencia en el sector mínimo 3 años en un rol similar.
• Capacidades analíticas (comprensión / análisis numérico y tratamiento de información en herramientas como Excel, Power Point, Power BI)
• Inglés: la mayoría de la documentación que tendremos que producir estará en inglés (y en parte de las reuniones será también el idioma de comunicación)
• Capacidad de comunicación efectiva y escucha activa.
• Proactiv@, con iniciativa y motivación para contribuir a la mejora continua.
