Actualmente seleccionamos a un/a Project Manager para trabajar en nuestra planta de producción ubicada en Getafe, Madrid.
¿Cuál es la misión del puesto?
Como PMO tu misión será coordinar los proyectos de desarrollo, transferencia y optimización de productos sanitarios y medicamentos, garantizando su viabilidad técnica, y económica, además de garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos y estándares de calidad estipulados por la compañía.
Deberás asegurar la correcta ejecución de cada fase del proyecto, actuando como enlace entre clientes, departamentos internos y proveedores, con el fin de contribuir al lanzamiento eficiente y exitoso de nuevos productos al mercado.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Liderar proyectos de desarrollo, transferencia y optimización de productos farmacéuticos, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, presupuesto y estándares de calidad.
- Planificar tareas y tiempos del proyecto, supervisando su avance y ajustando la planificación cuando sea necesario.
- Evaluar técnica y económicamente la viabilidad de los proyectos, identificando riesgos y proponiendo soluciones.
- Estudiar dosieres enviados por los clientes y recopilar información clave para la ejecución del proyecto.
- Gestionar acuerdos técnicos con los clientes y alinear los objetivos del proyecto con sus expectativas.
- Participar en reuniones y presentaciones técnicas para garantizar una comunicación fluida y eficaz.
- Coordinar las fases del proyecto con los distintos departamentos implicados: desarrollo, calidad, regulatory, producción etc.
- Dar soporte técnico en la introducción de nuevos productos en fabricación.
- Evaluar inversiones necesarias y analizar su viabilidad junto con los departamentos correspondientes.
- Elaborar cotizaciones de proyectos y realizar seguimiento de costes durante todas las fases del proyecto.
- Implementar herramientas de seguimiento y control de KPIs para asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Evaluar y gestionar proveedores de servicios para estudios externos requeridos (PDE, nitrosaminas, ICHQ3D, E&L, validaciones, etc.).
- Supervisar la contratación, ejecución y resultados de dichos estudios.
- Convocar y liderar reuniones periódicas interdepartamentales para dar seguimiento a los proyectos y reportar al responsable directo
- Preparar y actualizar reportes del estado de los proyectos: presentaciones, informes, tablas de seguimiento, etc.
¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir para este puesto?
- Formación universitaria en Farmacia, Química, Biotecnología, Ingeniería Química, o similar.
- Muy valorable máster en Industria Farmacéutica y Galénica o licenciatura en farmacia industrial y galénica
- Se valorará positivamente formación complementaria en gestión de proyectos
- Experiencia de al menos 3 años como gestor de proyectos en la industria farmacéutica
- Conocimiento de procesos de desarrollo galénico, transferencia tecnológica, validaciones y escalado industrial
- Muy valorable experiencia en CDMO
- Nivel B2-C1 inglés
- Nivel alto de excel
