Who We Are

We help creators and businesses automate conversations on Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, and TikTok. The result? Better engagement, more sales, and real, sustainable growth.

With a diverse team spread across three continents, we’re building the leading Chat Marketing platform that is used — and loved — by more than 1.5 million customers worldwide.

Who We're Looking For

We’re searching for a Product Marketing Manager to lead user activation and retention. You’re not just passionate about the product — you think deeply (and maybe even obsess a little) about how to optimize every stage of a customer’s journey. You bring a strong product-led growth background and think of the customer experience end-to-end: from acquisition plays to in-product experiences. You know how to help prospective users understand value early through onboarding, usage, adopting use cases, and plan / pricing progression. With a data-informed mindset, you’ll plan and execute onboarding strategies, run experiments, optimize setup and publish rates, and drive deeper product usage. You’ll collaborate across Product, Growth Marketing, Monetization, Analytics, Design, and Enablement to ensure customers not only get started — shaping the overall platform journey and zooming in on specific channels (like Instagram or WhatsApp) to constantly iterate and improve.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with the Growth Product, Mobile, Lifecycle, and Marketing teams to influence activation, monetization, and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Monetization stream to drive upgrades and cross-sells
  • Plan and execute internal and external GTM strategies to increase ARR for monetization experiments and initiatives.
  • Aligning cross-functionally between product and customer-facing teams to execute GTM.
  • Implementing key transactional and marketing lifecycles around Monetization.
  • Conduct continuous market research to bring insights to the team.
  • Develop journeys that drive adoption, usage, and upgrades to paid plans.
  • Generate user insights through data and user research, while also benchmarking against PLG best practices.
  • Own “initial experiences”, such as high-converting templates on desktop and mobile.
You’ll Need
  • 5+ years of proven marketing experience with at least 3 years of experience in B2B2C SaaS product marketing, preferably in PLG motions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging that drives action.
  • High empathy and curiosity. You strive to connect the dots and align stakeholders across differing viewpoints, cultures, and geographies.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments where competitors, products, and customer segments evolve quickly.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of user needs, market dynamics, and competition.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Passion for the product, the customer, and the market.
What We Offer

We care deeply about your growth, well-being, and comfort :

  • Hybrid onboarding to start work remotely and relocation support for you and your family.
  • Comprehensive health insurance for both you and your family.
  • Professional development budget for conference tickets, online courses, and other relevant resources to help you grow.
  • Flexible benefits package to tailor perks that matters most for you.
  • Hybrid work and generous leave options to prioritize your work-life balance.
  • In-office perks, including free meals and snacks.
  • Company-funded sport activities, annual offsites and team-building events.

Manychat is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We do not discriminate against qualified employees or applicants because of race, color, religion, gender identity, sex, sexual preference, sexual identity, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, marital status, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, military status, or any other characteristic protected by local law or ordinance.

This commitment is also reflected through our candidate experience. If you have individual needs that may require an accommodation during the interview process, please indicate this in your application. We will do our best to provide assistance throughout your interview process to ensure you’re set up for success.
