At Xpeer, we're looking for a Video Editing Intern to join our team. We're seeking someone creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn — ideally a student of Audiovisual Communication, Film Production, Media, or a related field, with a passion for storytelling, editing, and educational video content.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to start their career in video editing, contributing to the creation of high-quality medical education content that reaches healthcare professionals worldwide. You will be directly involved in editing and producing the training videos that are at the heart of the Xpeer platform.
THE POSITION
?As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that engage our audience of healthcare professionals. You will collaborate closely with our creative and scientific content team to produce medical education videos for our platform, as well as content for social media, YouTube, and our website. Your expertise in video editing, combined with a creative mindset, will be essential in enhancing our digital presence and ensuring our content is both visually compelling and informative.
? Position Overview
- Collaborate with our scientific team to develop and refine video concepts and storyboards ensuring accurate content .
- Use the latest AI tools to create impactful videos with key messages.
- Participate in the recording of high-quality video content with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the medical field on an international level.Assist with the development of processes and workflows for video editing, collaborating with other team members to ensure consistency and quality across projects.Implement graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
- Ensure video quality and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate fresh ideas to maintain innovative content.
- Manage the creation of multilingual videos, including dubbing and subtitling.
- Meeting deadlines and high standards of quality in multiple projects simultaneously.
THE REQUIREMENTS
? Your profile
- Postgraduate training in video editing or bachelor's degree in Film production, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing video editing skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software, including DaVinci, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of visual composition, color grading, and audio mixing.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
