We are searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.
Location : Bulgaria
Duration : The intended start date is July 2025 (the "Start Date") and the period of implementation will be 20 months from this date (the "Period of Implementation").
Key Expert : Analyst / Policy & Project Support (Cat. III) Qualifications and Skills :- At least a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Economics, or Energy Policy (minimum requirement).
- Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian and English languages (minimum requirement).
- At least 5 years of experience in policy analysis and project support (minimum requirement).
- Experience working with government agencies, energy transition programs, or donor-funded projects, demonstrated in at least three projects (minimum requirement).
- Experience supporting energy sector reforms, just transition initiatives, or regional economic development, demonstrated in at least three projects (minimum requirement).
- Experience coordinating with ministries, local authorities, and stakeholders on policy implementation will be considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of EU just transition mechanisms, energy policies, and funding frameworks will be considered an asset.
- Experience conducting stakeholder engagement, data collection, and impact tracking in large-scale policy initiatives will be considered an asset.

¿TU ROL?En nuestro proceso de expansión, buscamos un Project Manager Support para unirse a nuestro equipo de gestión de proyectos. Desde esta posición, gestionarás los proyectos de creación de nuevos gimnasios, apoyando al equipo de PMO en tareas administrativas y de soporte desde oficina.
Serás un elemento clave para la empresa, formando parte del departamento de Project Managers. El rol implica colaboración interdepartamental, interacción con dirección y family offices, reportes e implementación de mejoras en procesos.

¿QUÉ HARÁS?- Garantizar la gestión de costes, plazos y calidad en cada fase del proyecto.

- Gestionar la documentación del proyecto, incluyendo planos, permisos y registros de construcción.
- Identificar riesgos y problemas potenciales durante el proyecto y desarrollar estrategias para mitigarlos.
- Informar regularmente a la dirección y partes interesadas sobre la administración de los clubes.
- Resolver problemas y retrasos.
- Asegurar que el proyecto cumpla con estándares de calidad, códigos de construcción y regulaciones locales.
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con todas las partes interesadas, incluyendo clientes, equipos de diseño y subcontratistas.
- Grado en Marketing, ADE o similar.
- Experiencia previa como Project Manager en el sector Retail.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar con clientes y stakeholders.
- Capacidad para gestionar presupuestos y controlar costes.
- Manejo del paquete Microsoft Office.
- Persona responsable, organizada, proactiva, motivada y con don de gentes.
- Máster en Project Management, conocimientos en Diseño, Arquitectura, Gestión de Retail o similar.
- Dominio de Inglés y/o Francés.
- Posición híbrida, trabajando en HQ y en casa (2 días a la semana).
