About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, US GTB IT & Process Delivery to lead technology and process initiatives within our Global Transaction Banking (GTB) division. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensure senior management visibility, and act as the escalation point for critical delivery matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee GTB IT and process delivery projects from inception to completion.
  • Provide senior management reporting and ensure transparent communication across stakeholders.
  • Lead budget planning and project execution , maintaining high delivery standards.
  • Serve as a primary contact for escalations and urgent matters within the execution team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Cash Management, Payments, and Trade .

Must-Have Skills

  • Full professional fluency in English (spoken and written) .
