The Safety Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the Group Chief Safety Officer to ensure the efficient management of safety reporting, documentation, and compliance activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate safety records, supporting safety management processes, and enabling effective communication between operational teams and the Safety Department.
The selected person may be based in Spain (Alicante) or Portugal (Lisbon).
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Safety Administration & Recordkeeping
- Maintain and update the Safety Management System (SMS) databases and registers.
- Track and monitor the closure of safety actions, corrective actions, and recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date copies of relevant safety manuals, procedures, and policies.
Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare safety performance reports, statistics, and dashboards for management review.
- Support the collation and analysis of safety data to identify trends and areas of concern.
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for regulatory and internal audits as required.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for internal safety enquiries and report submissions.
- Coordinate safety meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
- Distribute safety alerts, bulletins, and newsletters to relevant stakeholders.
Support to Safety Programs
- Support safety promotion activities, including campaigns, posters, and awareness events.
- Provide administrative support to safety investigations, including document collation and scheduling interviews.

Chemo, industrial area of the Insud Pharma group, is a world leader in R&D and manufacturing of more than 100 value-added active pharmaceutical ingredients and more than 122 medicines with more than 200 different product presentations. Chemo produces its own active pharmaceutical ingredients (API) as well as finished pharmaceutical products (FDF) covering the main therapeutic groups (Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Central Nervous System, Anti-infectives, Respiratory, Women's Health, Endocrinology, Dermatology and Urology).
General Responsibility
Lead and oversee the Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS&S) strategy and operations across INSUD PHARMA’s Pharma Fineshed Dosage Form (FDF) manufacturing sites (12 sites), ensuring compliance with legal requirements, corporate standards, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
Specific Responsibilities
Drive the reduction of safety incidents and accidents with focus on key risks (inflammables, electrical, etc.)
Develop the new corporate EHS&S Master Plan.
Define, standardize and ensure the development of corporate EHS&S policies, standards, and guidelines.
Specify, harmonize and oversee the implementation of EHS&S technologies across pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing sites.
Conduct internal audits, manage corrective action plans and ensure ongoing compliance and continuous improvement.
Identify, benchmark and promote best practices in safety, health, and environmental management.
Lead Operational Excellence and Double Impact projects, integrating EHS&S improvements with operational and cost efficiencies.
Foster a strong EHS&S culture, positioning EHS as a strategic business pillar.
Manage relationships and proceedings with governmental authorities and trade union committees.
Develop, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and corporate dashboards for EHS&S performance.
Oversee audits and certifications related to continuous improvement and sustainability standards (ISO14001, ISO45001, Ecovadis, PSCI).
Ensure legal compliance in EHS&S and provide expert support to manufacturing locations.
Requirements and personal skills
Education: Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Industrial Safety or related fields. MBA will be an asset.
Languages: Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages will be an asset.
Experience (years/area): +10 years of proven experience in similar roles within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry. Have led HSE for a big Manufacturing site. Corporate roles and multi-site experience.
Specific Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of ISO14001, ISO45001, Ecovadis and PSCI standards and certifications. Experience managing internal and external audits, KPI development and corporate dashboard tools.
Travels: Available to travel once per week to the Sites in Spain (León) during the first year and then in addition once per quarter to international sites.

In security risk management we're looking to harness the power of industry best practice combined with driving new innovation on how we do security risk assessments and modelling. Our security risk management team is the primary owner of the strategy and practices of how we identify, track and reduce our security risk across everything we do.
To support this we need to use industry best practices paired with emerging threat information to to promote risk identification, quantification, impact analysis, and modelling to ultimately drive decision making. In this role, you will help establish and execute a broad strategic vision for the security risk program at Canonical. You will not only work within the team but also cross-functionally with various teams across the organisation. The team contributes ideas and requirements for Canonical product security, improving the resilience and robustness of all Ubuntu customers and users subject to cyber attacks. Additionally, the team collaborates with our Organisational Learning and Development team to develop playbooks and facilitate security training across Canonical.
The security risk management team's mission is not only to secure Canonical, but also to contribute to the security of the wider open source ecosystem. They might share knowledge through public presentations and industry events, and share threat intelligence with the wider community or represent Canonical in sector-specific governance bodies.
What you will do in this role:
- Define Canonical's security risk management standards and playbooks
- Analyse and improve Canonical's security risk practices
- Evaluate, select and implement new security requirements, tools and practices
- Grow the presence and thought leadership of Canonical security risk management practice
- Develop Canonical security risk learning and development materials
- Work with Security leadership to present information and influence change
- Participate in developing key risk indicators, provide inputs to the development of key control indicators, and key performance indicators for various programs
- Apply statistical models to risk frameworks (such as FAIR, sensitivity analysis, and others)
- Participate in risk management, decision-making, and collaborative discussions
- Lead quantified risk assessments and understand the value of qualitative data for improvements to quality and engineering processes
- Interpret internal or external cyber security risk analyses in business terms and recommend a responsible course of action
- Develop templates and materials to help with self-service risk management actions
- Monitor and identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of risk management processes
- Launch campaigns to perform security assessments and help mitigate security risks across the company
- Build evaluation methods and performance indicators to measure efficiency of security functions and capabilities.

- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or STEM, or a compelling narrative about your alternative path

¿Qué harás durante tus prácticas?
- Colaborar en la identificación, análisis y mitigación de riesgos de ciberseguridad en los sistemas de infraestructura de Nabiax.
- Participar en la gestión de incidentes de seguridad, registrando, analizando y haciendo seguimiento de los casos detectados.
- Apoyar en la implantación y mantenimiento de políticas y procedimientos de seguridad.
- Contribuir en auditorías, revisiones de cumplimiento y elaboración de informes técnicos.
- Formar parte de proyectos de mejora continua y aprender de profesionales expertos en un entorno real de ciberseguridad.
Lo que buscamos:
- Estudiantes de Grado o Máster en Ingeniería Informática, Ciberseguridad o titulaciones similares, con posibilidad de firmar convenio de prácticas.
- Conocimientos básicos en redes, sistemas operativos, gestión de vulnerabilidades y herramientas de análisis de seguridad.
- Interés por aprender sobre ISO 27001, GDPR y estándares internacionales de seguridad.
- Nivel de inglés intermedio o superior.

1. Propósito del rol:
La posición está enmarcada en el departamento de Internal Audit & Risk Management, cuyo propósito es proteger a la compañía y hacer crecer su valor. A través de un enfoque sistemático y riguroso se evalúan, monitorizan y controlan todos los riesgos que afectan a la compañía. El rol está enfocado a la detección de incidencias, ineficiencias y ineficacias en los procesos de negocio y corporativos.
2. Principales responsabilidades
- Colaborar en la ejecución del plan anual de auditoría interna, basado en riesgos y necesidades estratégicas.
- Serás una parte muy relevante en el mantenimiento y actualización la Matriz de Riesgos Corporativa.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora en la gestión de riesgos y la eficiencia del negocio.
- Colaborar en el seguimiento de recomendaciones y de implantación y mejora de los controles.
3. Requisitos:
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en el desempeño de las funciones descritas.
- Valorable experiencia previa en Servicer, Consultoras/Auditoras internacionales y/o compañías reguladas por Banco de España/CNMV
- Licenciatura en ADE/Económicas/Derecho o similar
- Valorable formación de postgrado en auditoría de cuentas y/o MBA
- Inglés Alto.
- Ser una persona proactiva y con curiosidad por cualquier aspecto relativo a la gestión empresarial.
- Ser una persona con un alto nivel de rigurosidad en la ejecución de su trabajo.
- Acostumbrado a trabajar bajo presión
- Capacidad de comunicación
- Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas
