MISIÓNEl Jefe/a de Producto, en dependencia directa del Director Técnico, lidera el ciclo completo de definición, desarrollo e industrialización del portfolio de producto asignado, alineando requisitos, normativa y coste objetivo con los plazos comprometidos. Coordina a equipos multidisciplinares, filiales y proveedores, decide con datos y garantiza la competitividad y el margen del producto.
FUNCIONES- Requisitos y especificaciones: convertir necesidades de cliente/mercado y entradas de conceptualización de producto en especificaciones técnicas medibles, criterios de aceptación y coste objetivo, con trazabilidad hasta lanzamiento.
- Gestión del desarrollo: liderar el ciclo completo de diseño y desarrollo, establecer estándares de planos y tolerancias, buenas prácticas de DFM / DFA, revisar y aprobar revisiones de diseño y consolidar entregables en PDM / PLM con control de versiones.
- Validación técnica y laboratorios/prototipos: definir el plan de validación, coordinar prototipos/preseries, instrumentación de ensayos y análisis de resultados.
- Industrialización y lanzamiento: asegurar la viabilidad de fabricación y montaje en plantas del Grupo, preparar la liberación a serie, soportar el arranque, gestionar incidencias de fabricación y optimizar tiempos/costes en colaboración con Calidad, Compras y Fabricación.
- Coste y competitividad: controlar coste de materiales y de fabricación, convergencia al coste objetivo y margen acordado.
- Cumplimiento normativo y documentación: garantizar que el diseño y la documentación (expedientes técnicos, declaraciones de conformidad, manuales) cumplen la normativa técnica y de seguridad aplicable a los productos y mercados destino.
- Gestión de cambios e información del producto: gestionar el ciclo de cambios, asegurar trazabilidad, versionado de planos y documentación compartida para la industrialización.
- Coordinación interna y con filiales/proveedores: consolidar requisitos de normativa y personalización por país, canalizar feedback de Postventa y mercado a la hoja de ruta.

**As an ideal candidate, you will have**

As an SAP Solution Architect (m / f / d) in an international SAP S / 4HANA transformation, you will be responsible for designing and managing the overall SAP architecture and strategy. Through your technical and strategic leadership, you will play a key role in shaping the system landscape, ensuring seamless integration and driving business-oriented SAP solutions that align with corporate goals. LOCATIONPlease note that the working location for this position will be in Madrid city centre, where we are currently setting up a new office location. Until the office is fully set-up within the next few months, you will have the possibility to work flexibly from home‑office and continue with a hybrid working model afterwards. This position is not a fully remote position, and an onsite presence will be required once our office location is ready.
Creating passion : your responsibilities- Strategic planning and implementation : Development and implementation of the architecture roadmap for SAP S / 4HANA and related systems, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
- Management and overall responsibility : Coordination of SAP teams (module owners, development, Basis) and external partners to ensure seamless integration and governance
- Requirements management : Gathering and evaluation of business requirements, development of integrated SAP solutions (S / 4HANA, BTP, third‑party systems)
- Design and concept development : Creation of end‑to‑end architecture concepts for finance, logistics and sales, considering integration and security aspects
- Quality management : Ensuring best practices, compliance with architecture standards and continuous improvement of the system landscape
- Monitoring and reporting : Involvement in project planning, risk management, budgeting and reporting to executive management
- Change management and transformation : Supporting transformation projects, mediating between business units and IT and fostering user adoption
- Process optimization : Driving process optimization and continuous improvement of business processes through SAP innovations.
- You are an experienced SAP professional with a degree in business informatics, computer science or a degree in a related field and you have proven experience in SAP S / 4HANA, covering multiple modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP). You have a strong background in SAP system architecture, integrations and cloud technologies, ensuring scalable and future‑proof solutions. With excellent communication and leadership skills, you drive strategic IT initiatives and manage complex SAP projects
- Professional experience : At least three years of experience in SAP S / 4HANA implementations and integrations, with expertise across multiple modules
- Architecture expertise : Proven ability to design and implement complex SAP system landscapes, including integrations with non‑SAP systems
- Technical know‑how : Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, cloud architectures, API management, interface technologies (IDoc, OData, REST) and ticket management tools (e.G. JIRA). Experience in Confluence, Cloud ALM, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Cloud Foundry, Launchpad Services, SAP Business Application Studio and UI / UX Design are a plus
- Strategic thinking : Ability to align IT strategies with business goals and develop long‑term SAP roadmaps. Through test automation and code reviews
- Strong communication skills and intercultural competence : Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as initiative
- Languages : Proficiency in English is required;
knowledge of German is an advantage

What your tasks are:
- Advice to customers within SAP Quality Management projects
- Key account responsibility with the customer
- Technical project responsibility in consulting and in meetings
- Professional responsibility as a mentor for our consultants and trainees
- Active participation in the CNT - Competence Teams
- Own further training in hard and soft skills
What experience you should have:
- Independent, customer and solution-oriented work
- Excellent know-how in the SAP QM module with more than 5 years of experience
- High level of integration understanding of the subsequent modules (MM, SD, PP, PM)
- Several years of experience in project work in process design and in the implementation of QM key topics
- Distinct consulting expertise
- Interest in open and constructive cooperation
- High flexibility and willingness to travel
- Business fluent in English
