• Support SAP ERP Solutions in Europe: Provide functional support and operate SAP ERP systems.

• Configure SAP Components: Set up Master Data, Document Types, special order types, Availability Check, Material Listing/Exclusion, Rebate processing, Deliveries, and Post Goods Issues.

Functions

The SAP WM Business Analyst is the primary liaison between their respective functional areas and the IT department. This role translates business processes into system functionality, supporting global functional areas by analyzing needs, documenting requirements, and designing and implementing solutions, often complex in nature.

This position will design solutions to accommodate global requirements within the standard SAP functionality.

Responsibilities

• Act as the expert second-line support providing Revlon support on WM business processes.
• Provide expert technical guidance on WM processes.
• Conduct detailed impact assessments for change requests, proposing cost-effective solutions.
• Lead, evaluate, develop, test, and implement releases following validation procedures.
• Seek funding for incremental spend via project approval processes and develop project plans, identifying risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design SAP MM solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Deliver high-quality services and solutions meeting business requirements.
• Lead WM implementation and rollout projects.
• Identify and resolve system or application problems.
• Share ideas and knowledge to support team and project success.
• Provide ongoing support to WM functionalities.
• Debug issues and improve system performance.
• Define, analyze, develop, and document new systems and custom programs to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related fields, or equivalent experience / training.
• 8+ years’ experience configuring SAP ECC WM / IM.
• Experience with full lifecycle SAP ECC implementations in WM / IM.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC integration with MM / PP / SD / QM / FI and APIs / BAPIs for external system integration.
• Expertise in SAP System Configuration.
• Experience with non-SAP Warehouse Management Systems and PLC / Robot integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies.
• Strong understanding of WM business processes.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
