About the Role
- Craft and implement SEO strategies tailored to the business needs and objectives.
- Assess competitors' strategies to determine strengths and weaknesses, enabling the activation of innovative approaches.
- Dive into technical SEO aspects: website structure, web architecture, WPO, structured data, crawl budget optimization, backlink profiles, log analysis…etc
- Drive content SEO by conducting thorough keyword research to cover new business and content opportunities analyzing and optimizing user intent with a focus on business growth.
- Monitor organic performance, competitor benchmark and stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide international SEO approaches, showcasing adaptability and cross-cultural competence.
- Working closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure the effective implementation of SEO strategies.
- Proven experience in SEO role (at least 5 years)
- Proactive and independent profile capable of self-management
- Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics and metrics with the ability to make data-driven recommendations of actions
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Working experience with most common SEO tools
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills

YOUR ROLE
1. Website Development and Optimization
- Creation of a new corporate website (or multiple) and positioning
- Aesthetic optimization of existing websites
- SEO for existing websites
- Creation of websites with overlay (in progress by Gregg; suggestion: organize a meeting with him to align efforts)
2. Content Creation
- Creation and publication for corporate social media (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok)
- Optimization of video creation
- Creation of marketing materials: brochures, quality reports, client kits
- Creation and distribution of press releases
- Creation of a list of suppliers and services to include in the kits
3. Campaign and Communication Management
- Monthly newsletter for each development (using MailChimp)
- Marketing targeting developers, investors, etc.
4. Supplier and Collaboration Management
- Supplier management: Idealista, etc.
- Monitoring of infractions by non-collaborating companies
5. Lead and Process Management
- Verification and follow-up of leads
- Establishment of protocols for each promotion with Legal and Sales teams
IS THIS YOU?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience in years
- Proficiency in Keyword Research and SEO Audits
- Experience with Link Building and Web Analytics
- Knowledge of On-Page SEO techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Experience in real estate is a plus
- English AND Spanish are mandatory
- Other languages are a plus.

tiempo real, optimizar contenidos y mejorar nuestra visibilidad en los motores de búsqueda.
¿Qué funciones vas a realizar con nosotros?
SEO EDITORIAL
- Desarrollar, ejecutar y optimizar la estrategia SEO de los contenidos publicados en el sitio web del medio.
- Identificar y analizar tendencias de búsqueda en tiempo real, y generar recomendaciones para la redacción de noticias y contenidos en función de estas tendencias.
- Realizar investigación de palabras clave (keyword research), análisis competitivo y planificación de estrategias de contenido a largo plazo.
- Elaborar calendarios editoriales y planificaciones de contenidos SEO para grandes eventos, campañas o lanzamientos importantes.
ANÁLISIS DE RESULTADOS
- Monitorizar y analizar el tráfico web utilizando herramientas como Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, entre otras.
- Interpretar los datos obtenidos para tomar decisiones estratégicas y recomendar ajustes en las acciones SEO.
- Elaborar informes de rendimiento, KPIs y resultados de las campañas de SEO.
REDACCIÓN SEO:
- Redactar y optimizar contenidos (noticias, artículos, entrevistas, etc.) de forma profesional, adaptándolos a las mejores prácticas SEO para asegurar su visibilidad en los motores de búsqueda.
- Trabajar en colaboración con los periodistas y otros miembros del equipo editorial para garantizar la integración adecuada de las mejores prácticas SEO en todos los contenidos.
OPTIMIZACIÓN DEL POSICIONAMIENTO
- Mejorar el posicionamiento de contenidos en plataformas como Google Discover, Google News, y Top Stories.
- Colaborar con el equipo de social media para desarrollar contenidos optimizados para las redes sociales que también mejoren el tráfico y la visibilidad.
TRABAJO EN EQUIPO
- Trabajar de manera colaborativa con otros equipos (redacción, diseño, social media, etc.) para implementar estrategias SEO de forma integral.
- Estar en constante comunicación con el equipo editorial para asegurar que las mejores prácticas SEO sean adoptadas en la creación y publicación de contenidos.
¿Qué buscamos en tí?
- Título universitario en Periodismo, Comunicación o afines.
- Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en SEO Editorial en medios de comunicación o en entornos digitales.
- Conocimiento profundo de herramientas SEO, tales como Google Search Console,
- Google Trends, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, Sistrix, entre otras.
- Capacidad analítica para interpretar datos de tráfico y hacer recomendaciones estratégicas basadas en ellos.
- Conocimiento y experiencia en la optimización de contenidos para plataformas como, Google Discover, Google News y Top Stories.
- Habilidades de redacción profesional, con capacidad para escribir y optimizar contenidos SEO de alta calidad.
- Organización, trabajo en equipo y buenas habilidades comunicativas para interactuar con distintos departamentos.
- Capacidad para detectar tendencias y adaptar rápidamente la estrategia SEO enfunción de las mismas.
- Residencia en Badajoz.
