En Riversa buscamos un/a Digital Marketing Manager que lidere nuestras estrategias digitales con especial foco en el desarrollo de proyectos web y la gestión del canal e-commerce. La persona seleccionada será clave para impulsar la visibilidad, crecimiento y conversión en nuestros entornos digitales.
Responsabilidades principales
- Diseñar, liderar y gestionar proyectos web orientados a mejorar la experiencia de usuario y potenciar las ventas online.
- Desarrollar y optimizar el canal e-commerce, desde la captación de clientes hasta la conversión.
- Analizar métricas digitales (resultados de campañas, rendimiento web y tienda online) para la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
- Dar soporte en la gestión del CRM y en la organización de datos de clientes.
Requisitos
- Experiencia previa en un puesto similar (Marketing Digital, Estrategia, Gestión de CRM).
- Conocimientos sólidos en campañas digitales, analítica web y gestión de presupuestos.
- Manejo de herramientas CRM y plataformas de marketing digital.
- Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
Se valorará
- Experiencia en desarrollo de comercio electrónico.
- Conocimientos en ventas online en e-commerce (Amazon, Leroy Merlin,.)
- Creatividad para proponer nuevas estrategias digitales.
- Familiaridad con herramientas CRM, especialmente HubSpot.
