Responsibilities

  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias SEO (on-page y off-page) para nuestras marcas.

  • Gestionar y optimizar campañas SEM en Google Ads y otras plataformas.

  • Realizar auditorías técnicas y de contenido para mejorar el rendimiento orgánico.

  • Analizar datos, crear reportes y proponer mejoras con base en resultados.

  • Mantenerte actualizado/a con las últimas tendencias y herramientas del sector.



Qualifications

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en SEO & SEM.

  • Dominio de herramientas como: GA4, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Search Console , entre otras.

  • Conocimientos sólidos en Google Ads y Meta Ads (certificaciones son un plus).

  • Perfil analítico, proactivo y orientado a resultados.

  • Habilidades para trabajar en equipo y comunicar de forma efectiva.



Se valorará experiencia en plataformas ecommerce como PrestaShop o Shopify.

¿A quién buscamos?


  • Buscamos a un/a estudiante de MKT digital con especialidad en SEO o Paid, con ganas de aprender y con iniciativa, que sea resolutivo/a, con buena capacidad analítica y habilidades de comunicación.
  • Es imprescindible poder firmar un convenio de prácticas con tu centro educativo.

Las tareas principales a realizar son:

  • Diseño, ejecución y optimización de campañas PPC en Google

  • Analizar las KPIs y reportar mejoras de optimización
  • Detección de nuevas oportunidades que el incrementen el ROI de las campañas publicitarias a partir de los datos obtenidos en el análisis.
  • Elaboración periódica de informes para la toma de decisiones
  • Análisis periódico de la competencia, tanto a nivel SEO como SEM.
  • Envío y presentación de informes a clientes.
  • Creación y mantenimiento de contenidos web.

Shakers Madrid seeks a passionate SEO & SEM Manager to accelerate growth through organic and paid search channels. As a SEO and SEM Manager you will take ownership of paid and organic performance channels, driving high quality leads and shaping our long term performance strategy. Responsibilities
  • Define and lead our SEO and SEM growth strategy aligned with company OKRs and growth objectives. Build our positioning in the Spanish market and several European countries as part of the expansion plan.
  • Manage, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Display, Retargeting and Search networks. Test emerging answer engines and develop a strategy to position Shakers prominently in AI powered search environments like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. Optimize for AI Overviews, earn citations in generative answers, and align content with EEA T principles and topic based search behavior to ensure Shakers remains a trusted source in LLM driven interfaces.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and lead on site and off site SEO improvements with internal and external collaborators. Monitor competitors positioning and trends and translate learnings into the strategy.
  • Build and evolve a keyword strategy and content roadmap to grow high intent traffic.
  • Develop a modern link building strategy to increase Shakers presence in AI powered search results, including digital PR and earned media that improve visibility and citability within LLMs and answer engines.
  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports and analyses to monitor key metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and other data. Propose quarterly strategies and prepare monthly reports for the management team.
  • Collaborate with our technical freelance and support content stakeholders, presenting clear guidelines and goals to execute the roadmap efficiently.
  • Align SEO and SEM efforts with brand, product, marketing and CRM CRO strategies to ensure full funnel consistency and work with other Shakers stakeholders to adapt to changing needs and upcoming campaigns for a 360 approach.
Qualifications
  • Have 3–5 years of experience in SEO and SEM, preferably in a fast paced B2B or marketplace environment.
  • Know how to plan strategically but also enjoy rolling up your sleeves to get things done.

  • Define and lead our SEO and SEM growth strategy , aligned with company OKRs and growth objectives. You will help build our positioning both in the Spanish market (core) and several European countries over the coming years, as part of our expansion strategy.
  • Manage, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads , Display, Retargeting and Search networks. You will also be responsible for testing emerging answer engines and developing a dedicated strategy to position Shakers prominently in AI-powered search environments like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. This includes optimizing for AI Overviews, enhancing our digital presence to earn citations in generative answers, and aligning content with E-E-A-T principles and topic-based search behavior. Your mission will be to ensure Shakers is consistently recognized as a trusted source in LLM-driven interfaces.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and lead implementation of on-site and off-site SEO improvements with internal and external collaborators. You will closely follow and understand competitors’ positioning and related trends to implement them into our strategy.
  • Build and evolve a keyword strategy , content roadmap to grow high-intent traffic.
  • Develop a modern link-building strategy oriented toward increasing Shakers’ presence in AI-powered search results. This includes securing mentions in authoritative sources, digital PR, and earned media that improve our visibility and citability within LLMs and answer engines.
  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and analysis to monitor key metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, etc.), and make data-driven decisions. You will be responsible for proposing quarterly strategies and preparing monthly reports for the management team.
  • Collaborate with our technical expert freelance and support content stakeholders presenting clear guidelines and goals to execute the roadmap efficiently.
  • Align SEO and SEM efforts with brand, product, marketing, and CRM/CRO strategies to ensure full-funnel consistency . You will collaborate closely with other Shakers stakeholders to be aligned on changing needs or upcoming campaigns to amplify impact with a 360 approach.

  • Have 3–5 years of experience in SEO & SEM, preferably in a fast-paced B2B or marketplace environment.
  • Know how to plan strategically , but also enjoy rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
  • Are highly skilled with tools like Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs , Sistrix, Screaming Frog , etc.
  • Are comfortable analyzing performance metrics and identifying actionable insights to improve ROI and growth .
  • Can communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Thrive in autonomous environments and bring a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
  • Passionate about the future of work, marketplaces, and innovation .
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (a must).
4. What’s in it for you?

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 38.000€ and 51.750€OTE (on target earnings) gross annual salary.

The salary consists of:

  • Between 38.000 45.000 ixed salary
  • Up to 15% (6.750 quarterly bonus based on performance & potential.
