Te encargarás de:
- Planificar la producción de las líneas asignadas, en base a las particularidades y requerimientos específicos de cada proceso.
- Gestionar inventarios: llevando un control preciso del inventario de materias primas y componentes necesarios para la producción.
- Optimizar procesos: identificando áreas de mejora y proponiendo soluciones para optimizar los flujos de trabajo y los tiempos de producción.
- Gestionar equipos: asignando tareas y supervisando el desempeño del equipo.
- Supervisar el plan de mantenimiento, tanto preventivo como correctivo.
- Supervisar la calidad de los productos y procesos, para comprobar que se corresponden con los estándares y normas de Calidad establecidos.
- Supervisar el perfecto estado del orden y limpieza del área de producción, vigilando y promoviendo el mantenimiento de unas condiciones de trabajo que cumplan con la normativa en materia de Seguridad e Higiene.
- Gestión de recursos humanos: formación del equipo de trabajo, detectar necesidades de personal, en estrecha relación con el departamento de RRHH.
- Liderar el proceso productivo, coordinar y dar seguimiento al trabajo del equipo en los diferentes turnos, sustituciones y relevos en máquinas, control de calidad de los diferentes procesos de producción, prevenir incidencias y dar soluciones.
- Experiencia en departamentos de producción de empresas industriales (maquinista, jefe de línea/turno, etc.), así como en la gestión de equipos.
- Experiencia en organización del flujo de trabajo mediante la asignación de responsabilidades velando por el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, asegurando el correcto orden y limpieza.
- Conocimientos técnicos, capacidad organizativa, rigor y reactividad.

Desde Adecco Selección Teruel nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Supervisor/a de equipo Técnico para incorporarse en empresa con sede principal en Teruel ciudad, pero con presencial tanto a nivel provincial como a nivel nacional.
Entre tus tareas principales estará la supervisión y coordinación del equipo técnico a cargo, asesoramiento técnico/a al equipo y cliente, coordinación con directores/as de obra y ayudas técnicos/as, etc.
¿Qué necesitas para optar a la posición?
- Grado en Ingeniería (cualquier rama) o Arquitectura, deseable.
- Experiencia previa en coordinación y supervisión de equipo, mínimo de 2 años.
- Dominio de MO 365.
- Carnet B para conducción de coche de empresa.

About the role :
As a part of EMEA Quotes & Tender Organization, this position is responsible for leading and developing the performance and processes of Tender, Quotes and Contracts management across Iberia (Portugal and / or Spain).
The position will be based in Madrid, Spain and reports to the Quotes & Tender Manager Iberia.
Your responsibilities include :
- Responsible for providing the daily management and direction of the Quotes & Tender team; Monitors team performance against service indicators on an ongoing basis, initiating corrective actions, preparing reports, summaries, analysis and documentation on all aspects of department function.
- Continuously identify and pursue opportunities for process improvement and harmonization, and support a value improvement culture within the team to support customer satisfaction where new ideas and changes are embraced and where team takes ownership for improving its own work
- Support and collaborate in EMEA Pricing & Tender initiatives, incl. implementation and change support on local level
- Work closely with other tender teams across EMEA to share and learn best practices which can be leveraged locally within the Iberia team.
- Responsible for supporting key stakeholders to make sure quotes and tenders are submitted & implemented in a timely manner, professional level and according to legal requirements.
- Responsible for developing first-class relationships within the organization; Building a partnership approach with business leaders, legal counsel, sales teams in the provision of tenders and contracts, and identifying sales enhancement opportunities and in implementing any service improvement programs.
- Performs all personnel management activities for Iberia Quotes & Tender staff, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary management and professional development in collaboration with HR Manager; Coaches others in the team on a best-in-class customer services model.
- Supports review of terms, conditions and quality submission of all tendering and contract documentation.
- Reporting upwards to Quotes & Tender Manager Iberia with a connection to the Regional Customer Care Leadership team.
- Responsible for keeping up to date with local rules and legislations regarding public and private tenders.
- Demonstrates awareness of broad industry trends and their impact on local / regional sales activities, with a particular focus on the procurement initiatives in Iberia.
- Represent the Quotes & Tender team in case of internal or external audits in close collaboration with Customer Care Management
