Lo que necesitas sí o sí para aplicar:

  • Desarrollador en Tableau Desktop & Tableau Prep
  • Administración de sitios Tableau
  • SQL
  • Experiencia en diseño de dashboards y soporte a usuarios BI
  • Metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban.)
  • Formación y capacitación en Tableau
  • Inglés C1/bilingue

  • Grado universitario en informática, analítica de datos o similar
  • Comunicación efectiva con equipos técnicos y stakeholders

Now they are in the expansion phase and are developing the animal area. Our client is forming a technological hub that will serve the entire group internationally.


We are looking for a Data Analyst with Tableau to join the team.


Your Commitment will include:

  • Design and implement necessary visualizations with Tableau that allow stakeholders to understand the reliability level of a certain dataset.
  • Plan a roadmap of improvements for selected datasets alongside the focus area owners and deploy it accordingly.
  • Work closely with data engineers, platform managers, business analysts, and focus area owners to understand requirements, formats, completeness, consistency, and accuracy of those datasets that are part of the omnichannel approach.
  • Use DBT to transform and model data in Snowflake, ensuring that data is well-structured and accessible.
  • Add new features and enrich the customer journey data model within Snowflake that provides customer knowledge across channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions within Snowflake.


Achieving the difference requires the following skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a developer with a focus on Snowflake and SQL language. Experience in tuning queries and interpreting query explain plans is valued. Python language experience is also nice to have.
  • Hands-on experience working with Snowflake cloud data, including transformation and querying.
  • Ability to create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau .
  • Committed, proactive, and curious personality, reliable, open, and innovative with a strong interest in business intelligence disciplines.
  • Fluent English. Any other language is an advantage.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

  • Participarás en el análisis funcional de los proyectos , lo que te permitirá entender el negocio y tener una visión global y mayor conocimiento de los clientes.
  • Realizarás una visualización previa del cuadro de mando para indicar los pasos a seguir de cara al diseño del mismo.
  • Tendrás un mayor posicionamiento de cara al cliente con constante interlocución y dando soluciones a sus necesidades.
  • Te encargarás de la formación de usuarios con el fin de que el cliente sepa interpretar los datos de la mejor manera posible.
  • Te mantendrás actualizadx en las últimas tendencias tecnológicas en el ámbito de Data & Analytics para poder ofrecer las mejores soluciones a nuestros clientes.

¿Qué te hará triunfar en esta posición?

  • Contar de 2 a 5 años de experiencia trabajando con herramientas de visualización, ETL (modelado del dato) y BBDD SQL ya que son la base de todos los proyectos en los que estarás involucrado.
  • Experiencia específica en Tableau en lo que se refiere al desarrollo de cuadros de mando.
  • Estudios en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Ciencia de datos, Industriales , o contar con un Ciclo Superior u otra salida académica que te haya dotado de capacidad de desarrollo y pensamiento crítico en este ambiente.
  • Valoraremos muy positivamente formación adicional en Analytics, Big Data , o alguna disciplina similar.
  • Buenas habilidades comunicativas ya que, poco a poco, irás ganando peso en la parte funcional y en el trato con cliente.
  • Que seas capaz de trabajar con autonomía y que puedas gestionar tu propio tiempo de la manera más efectiva posible, también, que seas capaz de organizar a otros compañerxs ya que queremos que vayas ganando más responsabilidad.
  • Como trabajamos en un entorno global, ¡será un plus que puedas comunicarte en inglés!

Resumen

Desde Tenth Revolution nos encontramos en busca de un Analytics Engineer especialista en Tableau y Snowflake para una importante empresa multinacional especializada en tecnología, con clientes líderes en diferentes sectores (IT, Ingeniría, Pharma…), y gran crecimiento anual.

Requisitos
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un rol similar.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de visualización, principalmente Tableau.
  • Manejo avanzado de Python y SQL.
  • Experiencia demostrable al menos 1 año con Snowflake.
  • Nivel de inglés C1.
  • Muy valorable manejo de DBT como herramienta de modelado de datos.
  • Buenas habilidades comunicativas y experiencia trabajando con grandes volúmenes de datos.
Condiciones
  • Formato híbrido de trabajo (70% en remoto)
