Software Development Team Lead Position

We are looking for an experienced and skilled software development team lead to oversee the delivery of high-quality projects.

¡TE QUEREMOS EN NUESTRO EQUIPO! Buscamos un/a Technical Team Lead :

  • Sólida experiencia en desarrollo backend con PHP, utilizando frameworks como Laravel, Symfony o Lumen.
  • Conocimientos básicos en tecnologías frontend como Angular.
  • Nivel de inglés alto (C1), con capacidad para mantener conversaciones técnicas y trabajar en entornos internacionales.
  • Experiencia con metodologías ágiles (Scrum) y manejo de herramientas como Jira.
  • Serás parte de un equipo joven, divertido, acogedor, donde el buen ambiente es lo principal.
  • Trabajarás 100% en remoto desde España.
  • Teletrabajar no te desconectará de tus compañeros: ¡podrás participar en nuestras actividades online y presenciales!
  • Disfrutarás de nuestra Jornada Flexible, comenzando entre las 7:00 y 11:00 y terminando de 15:00 a 22:00. ¡Tú eliges!
  • Apostamos a la formación continua: contamos con accesos a las plataformas Codely y Udemy.
  • Dispondrás de jornada semanal de 4 días en verano (julio y agosto).
  • Tendrás 23 días de vacaciones y días libres adicionales el 24 y 31 de diciembre, además de medio día libre en tu cumpleaños.
  • Contarás con seguro de salud privado y retribución flexible.
