Funciones Principales:

• Gestión del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, Medio Ambiente y Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación.
• Elaboración de documentación: especificaciones, fichas técnicas, certificados, fichas de seguridad, etc.
• Confección de los partes de fabricación y plantillas correspondientes
• Soporte en la gestión de Biogründl Station.
• Confección de presentaciones de productos y de empresa.
• Gestionar documentación de subcontratas.
• Tareas diversas relacionadas con la gestión de documentación y administrativas.
• Proponer acciones correctivas y preventivas a Gerencia.
• Gestionar la prevención de riesgos laborales con la empresa correspondiente (horarios, revisiones médicas, etc.)
• Realizar auditorías internas.
• Realizar auditorías y certificaciones externas.
• Resolución de incidencias
• Apoyo gestión del Marketplace
• Implementar el cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (GMP) y el control de la liberación de producto.

Requisitos:

• Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata
• Formación académica acorde con las tareas a realizar. Preferiblemente licenciado/a o con grado en Química, Farmacia, Biología o Ingeniería Química.
• Experiencia profesional de al menos 1 año realizando funciones similares y en sector afín.
• Buen nivel de Inglés, con capacidad para la realización de escritos técnicos.
• Conocimientos de ofimática. Valorable conocimiento software Chemeter.
• Persona proactiva, resolutiva y organizada.
• Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo.
• Habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing key Quality Assurance (QA) functions, ensuring that manufacturing and packaging operations—both in-house and at contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs)—comply with cGMP regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Batch Review & Release:
• Review batch records for completeness and accuracy

Global Responsibility

Ensure the quality of processes and take the necessary measures to ensure that products manufactured meet the Good Manufacturing Practices. Investigate deviations, complaints and OOS in order to propose corrective actions and improvements. Research and ensure corrective and preventive as a result of claims, customer audits. Ensure continuous improvement and maintenance of quality of equipment, systems and processes. Specific Responsibilities

• Review specifications of bulk biopharmaceutical products.
• Review and approve all master batch records and oversee computer system validation (e.g., SAP) to enable manufacturing processes.
• Create and maintain Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) documentation, adapted to pharma processes and products.
• Collaborate as needed to ensure all client requirements and requests related to pharmaceutical products are addressed.

• Determinar métricas de calidad para todos los procedimientos de fabricación.
• Participación durante los procesos de adjudicación de los contratos de los proveedores.
