Se trata de una compañía SaaS en rápido crecimiento, respaldada por inversión de capital de riesgo, que busca transformar la manera en que los equipos de ingresos y crecimiento planifican y ejecutan sus estrategias.
Rol
La compañía busca un UX Designer para unirse a su equipo de producto en crecimiento. La persona seleccionada tendrá un papel clave en diseñar experiencias que conviertan procesos complejos en interacciones intuitivas, elegantes y fáciles de usar.
Este rol requiere colaborar directamente con la dirección de producto y el equipo de ingeniería para transformar ideas y requerimientos en flujos de usuario, wireframes y diseños pulidos que impulsen la adopción y satisfacción del cliente.
El puesto es híbrido, con base en Barcelona. Se solicita presencia en oficina unas dos veces por semana (con flexibilidad en los días) para fomentar la colaboración con liderazgo, producto e ingeniería.
Responsabilidades
- Colaborar con liderazgo de producto para comprender necesidades y retos de los clientes.
- Traducir insights en personas, journeys y escenarios de usuario .
- Participar en pruebas de usabilidad y recopilar feedback para mejorar iteraciones.
- Diseñar wireframes, mockups y prototipos interactivos para nuevas funcionalidades y mejoras.
- Definir flujos de usuario e interacciones que simplifiquen procesos complejos.
- Asegurar la coherencia de los diseños con el sistema de diseño y la identidad visual de la empresa.
- Aplicar principios de accesibilidad y usabilidad en todo el trabajo.
- Trabajar estrechamente con el Business Analyst/Product Owner para alinear requerimientos con soluciones de UX.
- Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo para garantizar que los diseños se implementen con fidelidad.
- Iterar rápidamente en base al feedback de stakeholders, liderazgo y clientes.
Requisitos (H/M/D)
- Más de 3 años de experiencia como UX Designer, Product Designer o Interaction Designer en productos SaaS o digitales.
- Portfolio sólido que muestre capacidad de diseñar flujos complejos y aplicaciones con alta carga de datos.
- Dominio de herramientas de diseño y prototipado (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.).
- Excelente entendimiento de principios de user-centered design .
- Habilidades de comunicación y colaboración destacadas.

Job Description
As a UX Designer at 360beats, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our digital platforms and products. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, design intuitive interfaces, and create seamless experiences that delight our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and product goals.

Job DescriptionAs a UX Researcher at Lodgify, you’ll play a key role in bringing the voice of the customer into our products. Partnering with our senior researcher, you’ll design and execute studies that uncover insights, validate solutions, and guide teams toward customer-centric decisions.
This is a hands-on role where your curiosity, empathy, and rigor will shape how our teams understand customer needs. You’ll be part of a design-driven culture, using Design Thinking to influence outcomes and ensure our products are as valuable as they are delightful.
How will you make an impact?
- Plan and execute research across various methods, including interviews, usability tests, and surveys, to deliver timely and actionable insights.
- Synthesize findings into clear recommendations that directly inform product and design decisions.
