**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager with +10 years of experience in Retail and Commerce. The ideal candidate will excel in authoring and negotiation and ideally have experience in sales planning and execution. This hybrid role requires travel and proficiency in Spanish and English focusing on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
**Your Key Result Areas**
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Retail and Commerce sector to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
+ Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
+ Utilize authoring and negotiation skills to draft review and finalize agreements that benefit both the client and the company.
+ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.
+ Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
+ Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss progress address concerns and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
+ Analyze market trends and client feedback to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the company.
+ Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients keeping them informed of project status and any changes.
+ Travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events representing the company professionally.
+ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company´s CRM system.
+ Work closely with the sales team to support planning and execution efforts leveraging domain expertise.
+ Provide training and support to clients on new products and services enhancing their experience and satisfaction.
+ Contribute to the company´s purpose by fostering positive client relationships that drive business growth and societal impact.
**Your Qualifications**
+ Experience in commercial proposals for technology services across the full portfolio for Retail (Mobility, Digital factories, Commerce, QA & Automation, Data Analytics & AI, SAP, Salesforce.)
+ Experience in managing retail accounts (Monitoring sales KPIs, profitability, and customer satisfaction)
+ Negotiation of contracts and closing of high-value commercial agreements. Exhibit excellent authoring and negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful agreements.
+ Knowledgeable about the market and technological trends in the Retail sector.
+ Possess domain expertise in sales planning and execution enhancing client engagement.
+ Show adaptability to a hybrid work model with the ability to travel as needed.
+ Display strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for client relationship management.
+ Be a native Spanish speaker with strong English reading and writing skills.
