The Territory Manager will support Cepheid Iberia in achieving commercial goals and help Cepheid customers to fully understand and utilize the clinical benefits/impact of Cepheid technology and products. The role involves working closely with the sales team to develop pre- and post-sales strategies, support newly launched products, and boost assay utilization. This position is part of the Commercial Sales Department and is a remote position based in Andalucía. The TM will be responsible of growing the business at Hospital level in the area of Andalucía.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Drive sales strategies and execution to achieve commercial goals in Andalucía
- Educate and train clinical stakeholders on the impact and use of Cepheid products.
- Develop strong relationships with clinicians and key opinion leaders to drive advocacy.

The essential requirements of the job include:
- MSc or PhD degree Physician, Clinical Pharmacist, Clinical Laboratory Sciences subspecialty (Microbiology, Molecular biology), or Infectious Diseases OR Nursing degree in field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the Spanish healthcare market
- Proven knowledge in Microbiology, Molecular biology & Infectious Diseases.
- Knowledge in Hematology / Oncology is a plus.
- Clinical experience including evidence of implementing change in hospital/healthcare environments.
- Excellent Selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Ability to travel up to 60%
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Desde Grupo Vithas, grupo hospitalario de referencia en España, buscamos para nuestro hospital Vithas Xanit Internacional situado en Benalmádena, un/a Administrativo/a para Admisiones con holandés e inglés (valorable).
Buscamos una persona con capacidad de trabajar en equipo, buen nivel de comunicación y experiencia en atención al cliente. Que tenga disponibilidad para trabajar a media jornada.
Responsabilidades :
1. Recibir e informar a los pacientes que acuden al centro para ser tratados. Informar y orientar al paciente, sus familiares y usuarios en general, sobre los aspectos concernientes a su estancia en el centro.
2. Comprobar la documentación aportada por los pacientes. Y preparar toda la documentación solicitada por los pacientes sobre pruebas, tratamiento y diagnóstico (placas, informes, etc.).
3. Registrar a los pacientes para ingresos y quirófanos, solicitando y verificando la documentación necesaria y organizándola para asignarla al área correspondiente. Y Registrar a los pacientes que entran en las consultas médicas, para asegurar el cobro de la consulta.
4. Atender telefónicamente a los profesionales del centro, citando interconsultas y facilitando la comunicación internamente. Y realizar citaciones presenciales de los pacientes que lo solicitan, contribuyendo en la planificación de las agendas.
5. Ejercer de mediador y llevar a cabo un seguimiento del paciente en caso de incidencias, sugerencias o reclamaciones, siendo el nexo de unión entre el paciente y las partes implicadas. Colaborar en la resolución de las incidencias surgidas.
6. Informar al paciente sobre el proceso administrativo pertinente correspondiente al servicio asistencial que se va a desarrollar, dando aviso en el área, y asegurando su correcta tramitación.
7. Registrar la actividad sanitaria realizada sobre el paciente para su futura facturación.
8. Realizar la facturación de pacientes que acuden al centro de forma privada y precisan factura del pago.
9. Realizar la gestión de emails y llamadas internas, así como otras tareas administrativas relacionadas con el archivo y la gestión de la documentación.
10. Realizar la gestión de partes de accidente o autorizaciones de mutuas para las intervenciones quirúrgicas.
11. Controlar los tiempos de atención al cliente, colaborando en la organización y distribución las tareas por tipos entre el equipo, para reducir la espera.
Facilitar hojas sugerencias y reclamaciones, aportándolas a Atención al Paciente para su posterior derivación al departamento correspondiente

LCI Humans está seleccionando al Gerente de Ventas Sur de una Multinacional Farmacéutica líder en su sector de especialidad.
La persona seleccionada deberá residir en Málaga o Sevilla (requisito

delegados de visita médica (Atención Primaria y Pediatría) en una de las zonas

Buscamos un/a profesional con amplia experiencia en la venta a pediatras, médicos de atención primaria, hospitales y centros de salud, orientado a resultados, con
fuerte capacidad de liderar y cohesionar equipos, y de actuar como un director
general en su zona, con visión estratégica y foco en ejecución.
Responsabilidades principales
•Gestión del equipo (8–10 delegados): coaching, desarrollo y acompañamiento en
el terreno.
•Cohesión de equipo: combinar perfiles de larga trayectoria con nuevas
incorporaciones, generando motivación, autonomía y presión positiva hacia los
resultados.
•Gestión de territorio: Andalucía, Extremadura, Murcia e Islas Canarias,
asegurando presencia en pediatría, hospitales y centros de salud clave.
•Análisis de resultados y KPIs: market share, volumen de visitas, segmentación
de clientes, oportunidades en CCSS y hospitales. Capacidad crítica para
interpretar resultados y definir planes de acción.
•Gestión comercial y clientes clave: relación con pediatras, hospitales de
referencia y centros de salud estratégicos.
•Coordinación externa: identificación de KOLs, CCSS y hospitales de referencia
en pediatría y áreas relacionadas. Monitorización de la competencia.
•Coordinación interna: colaboración estrecha con otras áreas comerciales y de
marketing para garantizar alineamiento estratégico y aprovechamiento de
oportunidades.
•Ejecución de la estrategia nacional, adaptada a las particularidades de la zona
y necesidades de atención primaria y pediatría.
•Optimización del presupuesto asignado, asegurando el máximo retorno en un
contexto de reducción de recursos.
•Participación en proyectos estratégicos en colaboración con oficinas centrales.
Perfil requerido
•Formación universitaria (Ciencias de la Salud, ADE, Marketing u otras afines).
•Experiencia consolidada en visita a pediatras, atención primaria, hospitales y
centros de salud, con conocimiento del entorno no financiado.
•Experiencia mínima de 5 años en roles de gestión de equipos de ventas.
•Alta capacidad de análisis de resultados y KPIs comerciales.
•Habilidades de negociación e influencia con HCPs y decisores en el ámbito

- Revisar y controlar el material de uso en la cocina, comunicando cualquier incidencia al respecto.
- Colaborar en la planificación de menús y cartas.
- Colaborar en la gestión de costes e inventarios, así como en las compras.
- Controlar y cuidar de la conservación y aprovechamiento de los productos puestos a su disposición.
Tipo de contrato: Jornada completa. Contrato temporal.
