The Dispatch Specialist at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for coordinating the scheduling of service technicians, managing logistics, and ensuring a quick and efficient service delivery to our clients.
This position is part of the Call Center service located in Madrid and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reinvent healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be part of the Call Center team and report to the Customer Support Manager responsible for the Spain hotline, dispatch, and customer service administration. The Field Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring quick resolution of complex customers challenges and empowering team members with their functional knowledge.
Working across all levels of the business, you will play a key role in contributing to the growth of overall business beyond service as well. En La unidad de negocio de Cambio Climático y Economía Circular, estamos buscando una persona que esté especializada en Cambio Climático y Sostenibilidad, principalmente en Verificación Gases Efecto Invernadero y Huella de Carbono para desarrollar las siguientes funciones:
- Auditorías / Verificaciones / Validaciones gases de efecto invernadero, huella de carbono, huella hídrica, proyectos economía circular, proyectos de absorción
- Participación en el desarrollo de nuevos estándares de verificación y validación
- Participación como soporte técnico del departamento comercial, a la hora de elaborar ofertas
- Participación en la gestión técnica de clientes, a través de la resolución de dudas e incidencias relacionadas con los servicios ofertados
- Dará soporte técnico en todas las cuestiones derivadas de la gestión de servicios del área de cambio climático y economía circular.
El puesto de Auditor/Técnico de Cambio Climático y Sostenibilidad en una entidad de certificación es clave para asegurar la calidad, precisión y transparencia de los reportes de emisiones que realizan las organizaciones sujetas a regulación ambiental. Aquí te detallo sus principales aspectos:
Responsabilidades principales
Revisión técnica de informes : Analizar planes de seguimiento, registros de consumo de combustible y reportes de emisiones para verificar su exactitud
Evaluación de conformidad : Aplicar normas como ISO 14064-3, ISO 14065 e ISO/IEC 17029 para validar que los datos cumplen con los requisitos establecidos
Visitas de verificación : Realizar auditorías en campo para corroborar procesos, equipos y metodologías utilizadas por las empresas.
Elaboración de dictámenes : Emitir informes técnicos que respalden la veracidad de los datos reportados ante autoridades como SEMARNAT o entes europeos.
Confidencialidad e imparcialidad : Firmar acuerdos éticos para evitar conflictos de interés y proteger la información sensible de los clientes
Requisitos
- Formación académica : Ingeniería ambiental, química, industrial o afines.
- Conocimiento normativo :
Dominio de estándares ISO relacionados con GEI.
Conocimientos en el área de gestión de residuos, y proyectos de economía circular
Conocimientos sobre el Reglamento Europeo EU ETS, que desarrolla el Comercio de Derechos de Emisión de Gases de Efecto Invernadero
Conocimientos sobre incentivos en el marco de emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero (Proyectos Clima, Mecanismos de compensación)
Conocimientos sobre eficiencia energética y sistemas de gestión asociados (ISO 50001)
Conocimientos sobre Indicadores de Sostenibilidad (GRI), y Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible
Conocimientos sobre clasificación de actividades económicas ambientalmente sostenibles (Reglamento de taxonomía) y Reglamento 852/2020 (DNSH)
- Experiencia : Preferentemente en procesos industriales, auditorías ambientales o gestión de emisiones.
- Habilidades : Análisis crítico, atención al detalle, comunicación técnica, manejo de software especializado.
