Senior Graphic Designer
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in digital design and animation. This is not a conceptual or creative direction role — we need someone who can execute high-quality visual work, adapt designs, and deliver final artwork efficiently with flare.
You'll be contributing to both digital and offline campaigns, static and animated assets, and production-ready artwork. Agency/in-house background and a strong visual portfolio are a must.
The Content Department works as an in-house hub Agency providing the design material to other areas like, eComm, Product and Consumer to communicate Camper products and contribute to achieve their objectives in terms of sales and brand positioning. The Graphic Designer will be part of the Camper Content & Design Team working closely with the Head of content, the Art director and the design team to provide innovative and brand consistent designs following the visual identity and objectives.
Reports to: Lead Graphic Designer
Responsibilities
- Experience developing and adapting creative concepts across multiple touchpoints — including campaigns, social media, e-commerce, packaging, retail graphics, and internal comms – with the confidence to challenge conventions while staying true to Camper’s design values.
- Execute and finalize artwork, as well as confidence in delivering print-files for different mediums ensuring high-quality results with both visual and copy accuracy.
- Comfortable navigating between ideas and hands-on execution , from big-picture ideas to detailed rollout.
- Comfortable working with and evolving an established visual identity system , while contributing fresh perspectives rooted in curiosity and experimentation .
- Ideating, executing and collaborating with creative and production teams to deliver statics and motion creative assets respecting deadlines for both offline and online campaigns.
- Understanding of briefings and design challenges and ability execute media plans
- A sharp eye for typography, layout, and detail , and the ability to push creative boundaries while staying on-brand.
- Comfortable working within and evolving brand guidelines .
- Motivated, enthusiastic and proactive mindset to keep abreast of all new trends.
- Developing new UI elements and the UX of our website
- Perform basic photo retouching.
- Familiarity with content creation for social media and understanding of different formats, tones, and trends across platforms.
- Ability to provide multiple design solutions and collaborate with the design team to a given design challenge.
- Take in and apply feedback thoughtfully to improve design outcomes and align with project goals as well as to elevate your designs.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction design or related fields
- 5+ years of proven graphic design experience
- Team player & good communicator.
- Proven ability to adapt master concepts and layouts into multiple formats across print, digital, retail, packaging, e-commerce, and social media.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (including advanced After Effects skills) and strong layout and file-preparation skills for both digital and print production.
- Proficient with modern design and prototyping tools. Figma is a must.
- Strong visual portfolio (mandatory) showcasing relevant digital & offline work.
- Understanding of briefings and design challenges.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and technical precision, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage high-volume roll-outs.
- Understanding of pre-press, packaging specs, or retail signage production.
- Expertise with basic digital design principles (responsive design, web formats, image optimization, etc.).
- Ownership and attention to detail.
- Comfortable navigating between conceptual thinking and hands-on execution , from big-picture ideas to detailed rollout.
- Strong understanding of principles of animation, motion and design fundamentals such as typography and color.
- Experience working within modular design systems and asset libraries.
- Illustration skills are highly valued.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must; Spanish or Catalan is a plus.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle branding, especially in in-house creative teams.
- Interest in Camper’s universe: a curiosity for footwear design, sustainability, or Mediterranean craftsmanship.
- Experience in shootings for campaign ideation, lookbooks, or product shoots is highly valued.
- Familiarity with content creation for social media and understanding of different formats, tones, and trends across platforms.
- Interest in materiality, craft, and product design, especially as they relate to visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Motion or 3D basics (Cinema 4D or Blender) are a plus, but not required.
- Interest in AI generative tools is a plus.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Copy Manager to shape and oversee the brand’s voice across all touchpoints. This is a senior-level role that combines creative vision, strategic thinking, and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for driving our global messaging, ensuring consistency and quality, and inspiring a team of in-house and external writers, editors, and localization partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the brand’s tone of voice across all channels, ensuring it reflects the brand’s values, culture, and creative direction.
- Develop and oversee copy strategies for campaigns, product storytelling, digital content, etc.
- Lead the Storytelling Committee , aligning key teams (Brand, Product, GTM, etc.) around a unified brand narrative.

Position Summary.
Lead Artificial Intelligence based and collaborative projects across departments within the organization, ensuring they are aligned with the BT strategy and company business plans. The Product Operations Specialist plays a key role in bridging strategic planning and operational execution within the Product Management team. Mission of the Position:
Lead and optimize CRM channel performance with the main goal of driving last-click demand and revenue through impactful campaigns and precise segmentation strategies.
