About the Role

We’re looking for a Lead Copy Manager to shape and oversee the brand’s voice across all touchpoints. This is a senior-level role that combines creative vision, strategic thinking, and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for driving our global messaging, ensuring consistency and quality, and inspiring a team of in-house and external writers, editors, and localization partners.

Location: Mallorca, Spain (hybrid: 4 days in-office / 1 day remote)

Reports to: Head of Content & Design


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the brand’s tone of voice across all channels, ensuring it reflects the brand’s values, culture, and creative direction.
  • Develop and oversee copy strategies for campaigns, product storytelling, digital content, etc.
  • Lead the Storytelling Committee , aligning key teams (Brand, Product, GTM, etc.) around a unified brand narrative.
  • Write and edit high-impact content in English—from brand manifestos to product descriptions.
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of copywriters, editors, and external partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product team and the different channels to align messaging.
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand values, voice, and business goals.
  • Maintain and evolve brand writing guidelines.
  • Oversee timelines, prioritization, and quality control of all written deliverables.
  • Support global processes to ensure consistent storytelling across markets.
  • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of messaging across channels, reviewing data and insights to evaluate how well the content resonates with audiences.
  • Adapt and optimize copy strategies based on performance learnings, consumer behavior, and market feedback.



What We’re Looking For

  • Native or C2-level English proficiency (writing and speaking).
  • 7+ years of experience in copywriting, brand messaging, or editorial content—ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Proven experience managing creative teams and/or external collaborators.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling skills.
  • A solid understanding of how to use copy to support commercial and marketing objectives.
  • Excellent editing skills and sharp attention to linguistic detail.
  • Familiarity with collaborative writing and project management tools (e.g., Google Docs, Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience writing for both brand-building and performance-oriented campaigns.

The Product Operations Specialist plays a key role in bridging strategic planning and operational execution within the Product Management team. This position ensures that product decisions are supported by robust data analysis, well-structured processes, and efficient coordination across departments. The mission is to enable the creation and launch of commercially successful, operationally sound, and strategically aligned collections—maximizing sales, margins, and market relevance through continuous analysis, forecasting, and system optimization.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Commercial Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze product performance during each commercial launch to inform future decisions.


  • Prepare strategic briefings for the Design team, combining past-season performance with data-driven recommendations to optimize future collections.


  • Create and manage seasonal forecasting models to guide production planning, demand prediction, and cancellation decisions.


  • Conduct cost and pricing analysis (cost vs. PVP) to maximize margin.


  • Analyze P&L by category (seasonal and yearly) to ensure profitability control.

2. Sales Operations & Launch Coordination

  • Coordinate sales samples for global sales showrooms and conventions.


  • Manage seasonal product launch timelines and deliverables across departments.


  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of product-related information for commercial tools and support documents.


3. Data Management & Systems Optimization

  • Monitor and report sell-in data by line, option, channel, and market to ensure accuracy and performance tracking.


  • Conduct consumer profile analyses and drive data optimization efforts.


  • Develop and maintain reporting tools using POWER BI, CENTRIC, and SAP—adapting insights to the needs of various roles.

Mission of the Position:


Lead and optimize CRM channel performance with the main goal of driving last-click demand and revenue through impactful campaigns and precise segmentation strategies.

Mission of the Position:

Lead and optimize CRM channel performance with the main goal of driving last-click demand and revenue through impactful campaigns and precise segmentation strategies.

This role focuses on managing all CRM channels to ensure the effective delivery of messages that convert, enhance commercial performance, and contribute directly to business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the CRM channel strategy across Email Marketing, Automation (including Lifecycle and Trigger-based flows), SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and E-Wallet, with a strong focus on driving demand through impactful campaigns and ensuring strong commercial performance.
  • Be accountable for CRM's revenue contribution , ensuring high-performing last-click campaigns and increasing CRM’s share within the overall digital revenue mix .
  • Define and manage the CRM content and storytelling calendar , aligning with GTM moments and brand/product priorities.
  • Lead the audience segmentation and targeting strategy to ensure maximum campaign effectiveness and relevance.
  • Develop tailored strategies for each CRM channel to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Build and maintain monthly forecasts per channel based on the campaign plan, ensuring continuous tracking to support strategic planning and performance optimization.
  • Analyze performance data and CRM KPIs to identify opportunities, test hypotheses, and continuously improve impact.
  • Lead and provide strategic direction to a CRM Automation Specialist , ensuring clear prioritization, strong execution, and opportunities for professional growth.
  • Coordinate the internal and external teams responsible for CRM channel execution , including the direct report, external agencies, and the Operations team (in charge of campaign delivery and technical implementation).
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and a proactive mindset , contributing to the business with responsibility and initiative.

Requirements for the Position:

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM management, including calendar planning and hands-on campaign execution with ESPs (e.g., Emarsys).
  • Strong leadership skills and experience developing team members.
  • Proven ability to define and implement customer-centric, revenue-driven CRM strategies .
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms, segmentation, personalization, and automation.
  • Results-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English , both written and spoken.
