Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for the resolution of multi-product fraud related client requests by answering calls, chats, or emails in an inbound contact center. These individuals work in a fast-paced environment that requires accuracy, use of logic, multi-tasking, toggling between multiple systems and clearly communicating resolutions in an efficient manner while delivering a great client experience. They provide seamless service delivery to answer client questions, resolve problems, perform account maintenance, and look for opportunities to deepen relationships through digital solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Manage inbound calls from customers regarding account inquiries, transactions, and fraud concerns.
- Identify and respond to potential fraud using training, account data, and internal tools; escalate complex cases as needed.
- Process fraud claims and disputes per client guidelines.
- Clearly explain account issues and resolutions, ensuring a professional, empathetic, and confidential approach.
- Conduct investigations with accuracy and care, documenting all actions and conversations in the case management system.
- Support team operations with other duties and tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or Dispatch experience.
- Proficient in English.
- Complete a background check, credit check, and fingerprinting.
- Internet Service: Must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs.
- Work Area : Must have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
- Equipment: The company will provide all necessary computer equipment
- Internet Speed Test: Must complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download .
- Reside in Puerto Rico with legal authorization to work permanently in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications :
- 6 months of experience in the banking or financial industry.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. En GRUPO CRIT, estamos en búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a Test, que trabajará en proyectos a nivel nacional e internacional interviniendo en todas las fases del proyecto. Responsabilidades- Gestión del proyecto desde la fase de diseño, hasta la puesta en marcha. Así como el trato y gestión con el cliente.
- Ingeniería de test y de validación.
- Desarrollo de electrónica, integración de bancos de test y validación y desarrollo de software
- Análisis de especificaciones, diseño, desarrollo, seguimiento y soporte a la fabricación, depuración y puesta en servicio de los equipos y aplicaciones de bancos y soluciones de test.
- Soporte a cliente en post-venta y planificaciones.

Soluciones de Topografía para Resolver Diferencias Catastrales
Nuestra empresa busca un topógrafo experimentado para realizar levantamientos topográficos complejos y resolver diferencias catastrales en nuestra área. El objetivo principal es obtener una visión precisa del terreno y realizar un ajuste adecuado a las necesidades catastrales.
Requisitos del Cargo- Especialización en Levantamientos Topográficos: experiencia previa en levantamientos topográficos similares y disponer de equipo de medición adecuado para realizar el trabajo de manera eficiente.
- Conocimientos sobre Procedimientos Catastrales: conocimientos sobre los procedimientos para la resolución de diferencias catastrales en nuestro país.
- Área de Trabajo: el trabajador debe estar dispuesto a trabajar en áreas de más de 10.000 m2, con perfiles de terreno o inmuebles en proceso de compra.
- Plazo de Entrega: el plazo de entrega será dentro de 1 mes o más, dependiendo de la complejidad del proyecto.
