The Field Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring quick resolution of complex customers challenges and empowering team members with their functional knowledge.
Working across all levels of the business, you will play a key role in contributing to the growth of overall business beyond service as well. We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to join Private Label Solutions (PLS). This role will be pivotal in developing and implementing cutting-edge ML solutions for revenue optimization, pricing strategies, and yield management. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with deep commercial acumen to drive substantial value for PLS and our partners.
In this role you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of sophisticated ML powered capabilities for revenue optimization at scale
- Architect end-to-end ML solutions that can handle high-throughput, low-latency pricing decisions across diverse partner segments
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ML solution design with business strategy and partner needs

Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for the resolution of multi-product fraud related client requests by answering calls, chats, or emails in an inbound contact center. - Must have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or Dispatch experience.
- Proficient in English.
- Complete a background check, credit check, and fingerprinting.
- Internet Service: Must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs.
- Work Area : Must have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
- Equipment: The company will provide all necessary computer equipment
- Internet Speed Test: Must complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download .
- Reside in Puerto Rico with legal authorization to work permanently in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications :
- 6 months of experience in the banking or financial industry.

Queremos incorporar un/a Comprador/a Senior en el equipo de Compras Springfield Woman, ubicado en nuestras oficinas centrales de Madrid.
Buscamos una persona con experiencia previa en dpto. de Compras del sector textil moda de al menos cuatro años, nivel muy alto de inglés, buen manejo de Excel como herramienta de trabajo, feeling de producto y disponibilidad para viajar a nivel internacional. Se valorará haber trabajado con producto de Tricot Mujer.
Las principales funciones serán:
- Confección de presupuestos.
- Ejecución del Plan de Ventas previsto.
- Gestión, mantenimiento y ampliación de cartera de proveedores.
- Negociación y análisis de rentabilidad con proveedores.
- Control y seguimiento de producciones en cumplimiento de los requisitos de calidad, precio y plazos fijados.
- Definición y gestión de apuestas de producto de cada temporada.
- Interrelación con los departamentos de diseño y planificación.
Ubicación oficinas centrales zona norte de Madrid Capital, accesibles en metro (linea 10), cercanías Renfe (Ramón y Cajal) y autobuses urbanos e interurbanos.
Horario flexible de lunes a jueves de 7:30-9:30 a 17-19h y viernes jornada intensiva que se mantiene todo el año de 7:30-9:30h a 13h-15h.
