Key Responsibilities
  • Preparar y presentar declaraciones aduaneras para importaciones y exportaciones.
  • Clasificar arancelariamente las mercancías de acuerdo con el Código Aduanero Común (CAC) y otros acuerdos internacionales.
  • Asesorar a los clientes sobre normativa aduanera, impuestos, aranceles y requisitos de comercio internacional.
  • Calcular y gestionar el pago de aranceles, impuestos y otros gravámenes a la importación/exportación.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de las operaciones aduaneras y resolver incidencias que puedan surgir.
  • Representar a los clientes ante las autoridades aduaneras y otros organismos reguladores.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre los cambios en la legislación aduanera y las políticas de comercio internacional.
  • Gestionar la documentación necesaria para las operaciones de comercio exterior.
  • Identificar oportunidades para optimizar procesos y reducir costos para los clientes en sus operaciones internacionales.
  • Colaborar con otros departamentos y socios logísticos para asegurar un flujo eficiente de las mercancías.
Requirements
  • Título de Agente de Aduanas o titulación universitaria en Comercio Internacional, Derecho, Economía, ADE o similar.
  • Experiencia demostrable de al menos 3 años en gestión de despachos aduaneros y operaciones de comercio internacional.
  • Conocimiento profundo de la legislación aduanera española y comunitaria, así como de los Incoterms.
  • Capacidad analítica para la clasificación arancelaria y valoración de mercancías.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y resolución de problemas.
  • Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas y software de gestión aduanera.
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado es imprescindible; se valorarán otros idiomas.
  • Persona organizada, proactiva y con alta capacidad de trabajo bajo presión.
  • Residencia en Santander o disponibilidad para trabajar de forma híbrida (oficina/teletrabajo).
  • Colegiación como Agente de Aduanas será una gran ventaja.

+ Based on a clear understanding of On Trade RTM (Route to Market) Strategy **Define Targets** (Sales, Distribution and Coverage targets) for customer group assigned.
+ Define clear **Customer Segmentation and understanding** of the customers assigned based on sales contribution, digital/hybrid capability, relationship needs and levers to be used to achieved targets. Drive value in current customer relationships identifying future opportunities for customer expansion, understanding customers' requirements and match these to specific Diageo propositions.
+ Develop the **right** **Coverage/Contact plan, generating appropriate relationship** with each customer to guarantee the delivery of defined targets improving efficiencies through the right use of remote contact tools (Mail, Phone, WhatsApp, .) according to customer segment.
+ Strong ownership of the **day-to-day customer relationship** through effective negotiation, persuasion and conflict management/resolution skills.
+ **Define clear, simple, and scalable Account/ Segment Plan** (Price, Reward, Counterparts, Promo Plan, MPA.) to reach business objectives, identifying key levers to be developed. Always maximising efficiency to deliver objectives.
+ Internal **Plans alignment** with NRM and Customer Marketing to ensure achievement of Sell In / Sell Through targets in a sustainable manner.
+ **Increase efficiency of the Hybrid management** **model** using the insights of each of your customers, negotiating /rewarding customer according to their adoption to online/remote tools and contact. Evolve the digital readiness of Diageo and Customers to ensure relationships grow in efficiency and effectiveness.
+ **Track and measure performance and execution** of you assigned Customers vs the critical KPIs (coverage, sales, NSV/case, mix, Cash collection.), supervise and follow up on brilliant execution. Continuously seeking to understand, learn and adapt from the results. Monitor the promotional activity and its correct execution and propose corrective measures if needed.
+ **Master in class in completing stablished internal management administrative procedures** : Order management, Diageo One, Invoices, Escandallo, off invoice discounts, rebates, invoice claims, deductions charges, O&R flow, Anaplan, Triangulation, MSC (Parte de Ventas.).
+ **Propose and Lead till establishment optimised ways of working and procedures** aligned with commercial policy, strategy and operations generating capacity to manage wider range of customers.
+ Manage and generate Right **Intelligence tools** to supervise performance and execution (MSC, Anaplan, Triangulation, Power BI.).
+ **Ongoing & effective cross-functional partnership** to deliver comprehensive performance NRM, Customer, Finance, Supply to transmit information, provide recommendations, tackle issues, and improve model.
+ Be the **Hybrid champion** within the Distribution Team, regularly sharing takeaways with other distribution managers on how they can increase their hybrid ways of working.

As a Marketing Manager working on onsite events, you will be responsible for the strategy and optimization of global campaigns to help customers shop during important Amazon Business promotional sales events, and delight business and organizational customers during other moments of the year that are important to them.
You will partner with marketing and operations teams to deliver campaigns across outbound, organic and paid marketing channels (e.g. email, display ads), and onsite campaigns and experiences on Amazon Business to support onsite events.
To be successful in this role, you will work seamlessly with stakeholders across Amazon Business Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Tech teams in the EU and with global teams to optimize through scale and continuous experimentation.
The ideal candidate has experience in online merchandising, digital marketing, paid media, and project management. Key job responsibilities
- Develop cross-channel campaigns and CX strategies for customers during impactful onsite events
- Collect customer feedback through research and anecdotes to optimize marketing and experiences for onsite events
- Identify merchandising and marketing channel gaps and opportunities and devise A/B experimentation plans
- Track KPIs and progress to goals to measure success of campaigns, experimentation, and new initiatives
- Partner with tech and operations team on process, automation, and execution enhancements
- Develop processes to gather inputs from partner teams and communicate back with key information and deadlines
- Manage and report out on project status and results to leaders including lessons learned and action plans
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
- Experience working with marketing tools including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms
