Key Responsibilities:



User Experience & Research

Translate complex business and user requirements into clear, intuitive user flows and wireframes.

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design hypotheses and improve user satisfaction.

Map and optimize user journeys across key processes (P2P, O2C, A2R, G2G, tax, payroll).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that user experience aligns with compliance and process automation goals.



User Interface & Design Delivery

Design modern, scalable, and accessible interfaces for agentic platforms, dashboards, and client portals.

Create design systems, style guides, and reusable components to ensure consistency across projects.

Produce high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, Framer).

Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff, accurate implementation, and alignment with technical feasibility.



Collaboration & Innovation

Partner with AI engineers, full-stack developers, and finance experts to bridge the gap between design, functionality, and business needs.

Your Profile:



Technical Skills

Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Framer, Miro, or equivalent.

Strong understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility principles.

Basic understanding of front-end and back-end concepts (e.g., React, HTML/CSS, API integration) to collaborate effectively with developers.

The advertised position is in the Design & Customer Experience team and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and international group of innovators, on a variety of products and innovation horizons.

We are looking for a Digital Designer – UX/UI Designer (m / f / d) to take-over a central role for design of future experiences in B2C and B2B. Create inclusive user experience for digital customer touchpoints like mobile apps, web portals, smart TVs, wearables, conversational interfaces, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (e.g: WCAG 2.Create and compose user experience strategies in the sweet spot of desirability, feasibility, viability, and integrity

Improve user experience end-to-end along customer journeys, ensuring usability for all, including people with disabilities

Validate user experience concepts with customers

Contribute to design teams and related activities across all phases of innovation development process, from initial research to final roll-out

Apply design thinking and tailored user-centric methods in interdisciplinary project teams, contributing along the process with top experts from multiple domains

Bachelor and Master’s degree in design (e.g. user experience design, interaction design) and 4+ years of work experience in user experience design

Fluent in English

Digital concept and solution expert with profound practice of crafting digital User Experiences for various customer touchpoints and product-/service categories

Expert in creation and usage of accessible design systems

Additional expertise in UI design (visual design, graphic design) is a plus

Method expert for user experience and interaction design related activities, from early exploration to realization

Moderator and facilitator of design thinking formats, customer-centric workshops and design sprints

Domain expert with experience of applying user-centric and accessibility-focused design activities along the innovation development process in agile and interdisciplinary projects

Future thinker with the ability to inspire teams with knowledge of user experience design trends, new interaction paradigms and latest experience related technologies

You are flexible to take different roles and to contribute with different skillset, adapting to teams and projects’ needs.
