Buscamos un/a Especialista Preventa de Servicios Workplace con experiencia en entornos tecnológicos y capacidad para desarrollar propuestas técnicas y comerciales de alto valor.

Funciones del puesto :

Preventa en servicios Workplace:

  • Análisis de especificaciones técnicas de clientes (evaluación de RFP en sector privado o pliegos de concursos públicos).
  • Elaboración de ofertas económicas y técnicas.
  • Negociación con proveedores y fabricantes.
  • Conocimiento en servicios de provisión, soporte, devolución de puesto de trabajo, CAU, Service Desk, herramientas ITSM, Gobierno de servicio, DEX, etc.
  • Experiencia en servicios gestionados y DaaS en contexto Workplace.

Desarrollo de negocio:

  • Diseño de nuevos servicios y soluciones.
  • Colaboración con Marketing para formación del equipo comercial.
  • Desarrollo de procedimientos de trabajo del área de preventa.
  • Preparación de plantillas de ofertas y tarifas.
  • Prescripciones técnicas, informes de progreso y análisis de tendencias de venta.

Requisitos:

  • Formación: CFGS en Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Electricidad, Electrónica o similar.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiencia en preventa de servicios Workplace.
  • Experiencia probada en ventas de dispositivos, soluciones software y servicios de Workplace.
  • Conocimientos de entornos multiplataforma: Microsoft, Google, Apple.
  • Capacidad de análisis, relación con el cliente y visión global de servicios Workplace.
  • Residente en Sevilla o provincia.
  • Castellano: Nativo
  • Se valorará pero no es indispensable: Inglés (B2) y certificaciones profesionales (TIL Managing Professional, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, etc.).

Summary: As a Customer Service Representative II, you will be responsible for the resolution of multi-product fraud related client requests by answering calls, chats, or emails in an inbound contact center.
