Opdenergy is now looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR Team in Madrid. The selected candidate will be mainly responsible of owning talent processes, improving and carrying them out responding to the company need.



What you will help with


  • Analyze hiring needs and selection criteria with the hiring managers for different positions
  • Screening CVs, interview candidates and identify competencies needed for specific positions or teams
  • Plan sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines to fill future roles
  • Carry out the onboarding process for the new hires to adapt quickly and effectively
  • Taking part in projects related to employee experience and employer branding, diversity & inclusion
  • Proposing and carry out employer branding strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent
  • Creating and executing campaigns across various channels
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as HR, marketing, and leadership, to ensure communication internally



Who you are


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, employer branding, and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
  • Team player with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Fluent in english, italian language is a plus.
  • Candidates must be able to sign an internship agreement with their university/school.

Your role and work environment:


We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Recruitment & Employer Branding Expert to join our Recruitment & Employer Branding Team of Talent & Learning Expert Unit.


Your key responsibilities:


As a Recruitment & Employer Branding Expert you will:


Recruitment:


  • Manage the full recruitment life-cycle from day one, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the process to the offer stage.
  • Conduct initial screening of applicants, including phone interviews and competency-based assessments.
  • Advise and support hiring managers in defining recruitment needs and developing effective hiring strategies.
  • Select and utilize the most appropriate recruitment tools and channels for each vacancy.
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels and build a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
  • Facilitate and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key talent communities and technical niches relevant to the business.
  • Stay up to date with recruitment trends and innovative sourcing techniques to ensure best-in-class hiring practices.



Employer branding:


  • Drive and enhance employer brand awareness both externally in the market and internally within the company.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to define and execute employer branding campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strengthen the company’s reputation and positioning by participating in certifications, awards, and industry events.

At least 3 years of experience attracting top digital talent

Highly valued previous experience in recruiting IT professionals.

Professional background in human resources, psychology, business administration or related fields.

High level of English and Spanish.

Proactive attitude and positive approach.

Ability to self-manage, with a positive manner and a strong team and delivery focus.

Proven success of attracting and selecting top talent.

Experience in competencies-based interviews.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.

Opdenergy is now looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR Team in Madrid. The selected candidate will be mainly responsible of owning talent processes, improving and carrying them out responding to the company need.

What you will help with

  • Analyze hiring needs and selection criteria with the hiring managers for different positions
  • Screening CVs, interview candidates and identify competencies needed for specific positions or teams
  • Plan sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines to fill future roles
  • Carry out the onboarding process for the new hires to adapt quickly and effectively
  • Taking part in projects related to employee experience and employer branding, diversity & inclusion
  • Proposing and carry out employer branding strategy to attract, engage, and retain top talent
  • Creating and executing campaigns across various channels
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as HR, marketing, and leadership, to ensure communication internally

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, employer branding, and HR processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

    familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data effectively.
  • Team player with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
  • Fluent in english, italian language is a plus.
  • Candidates must be able to sign an internship agreement with their university/school.
