We’re expanding our partnerships team and looking for a commission-only deal-maker who loves opening doors, shaping products with clients, and getting paid on results.
Why this role is different- Uncapped earnings : You’re paid a % on every order you close — with lifetime commission on reorders from your accounts.
- High-ticket deals : Typical projects range from $10k to $50k+ ; many clients reorder quarterly.
- You focus on client acquisition & relationships; we handle ops : Design, sampling, tech packs, factory management, QC, and logistics are on us.
- Examples : Potential to earn 20,000+ in a single month (multiple active accounts and reorders). Actuals depend on performance and pipeline.
- Find & win : Prospect, qualify, pitch, and close brands/creators/retailers that want private-label or white-label products.
- Shape the offer : Work with our design/strategy team to translate vague ideas into clear product briefs and margin-positive quotes.
- Own the relationship : Become the client’s go-to partner for new SKUs, restocks, and seasonal drops.
- Grow accounts : Expand product lines, upsell quality tiers, and lock in predictable reorder cycles.
- Forecast & report : Keep a clean pipeline, hit monthly activity/closing targets, and share feedback from the field.
- Apparel : cut & sew, performance wear, luxury basics, team merch
- Bags & accessories : backpacks, totes, small leather goods, eyewear
- Packaging & gifting : premium boxes, inserts, event kits
- Sports & lifestyle : team/athlete capsules, fan merch, training gear and equipment
- Furniture: Chairs, couches, beds, dining tables
- ETC
- Full production backbone : Tech packs, sampling, grading, trims, compliance, QC, and fulfillment support.
- Creative support : Brand strategists and designers (including phrase/slogan development aligned to client voice).
- Sales enablement : Decks, case studies, pricing frameworks, margin calculators, proposal/PO templates.
- Lead fuel : Target lists, light inbound via our channels, and tools/playbooks for outbound (email + LinkedIn).
- Fast quoting & sampling : You won’t lose momentum waiting on operations.
- Closer : 1–5+ years in sales, partnerships, or BD (fashion/merch/agency a plus). You enjoy the chase and the follow-through.
- Taste + business : You can help a client choose materials/finishes while keeping margins healthy.
- Pipeline-minded : You run structured outreach, follow-ups, and clean notes. Activity → Meetings → Deals.
- Owner mentality : You like variable comp, autonomy, and building your own book.
- Uncapped commission on every PO you close, with commissions on reorders from your accounts.

We are seeking a Business Development Engineer to drive growth and success in our organization.
About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to provide exceptional service to clients, and have a strong background in mechanical and energy engineering.
The successful candidate will be part of a young and dynamic team, responsible for hunting and/or nurturing new and existing customers. They will work closely with various departments to determine client requirements and develop sales plans and forecasts.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing sales strategies and executing sales forecasts
- Generating, maintaining, and converting marketing leads through inbound and outbound sales pitches

- Managing strategic relationships with major customers
- Updating sales/marketing tools, materials, and content
- Representing the company at industry associations and events
- Collaborating with Engineering and Projects Management Departments to determine client requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Energy Engineering
