What You Will Do
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in software development and AI-driven solutions.
- Work closely with our Head of Innovation , Sales & Marketing , and HR to shape go-to-market strategies.
- Initiate and build client relationships, especially with tech-driven companies ready to innovate.
- Take ownership of lead generation, deal flow, and customer engagement.
- Translate client challenges into tailored, high-value software propositions.
- Act as a sparring partner to both clients and internal teams, ensuring business alignment and delivery focus.
- Attend local and international events to promote Cactus’ services.
- Contribute to the growth of our Sevilla team and help anchor Cactus’ presence in the region to become the leading digital agency in the region.
What We Expect
- 3+ years of experience in business development in the software/tech industry.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing B2B deals.

- Naturally tech-savvy, with a good grasp of software development and AI trends.

- Preferably based in Sevilla and open to working from our office.
- Being fluent in Spanish and English is a must.

Corporate Sales Professional
We are seeking a driven and results-focused individual to join our dynamic sales team. As a Corporate Sales Representative, you will play a key role in acquiring new customers and managing corporate accounts, driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop new leads through direct sales activities such as in-person meetings, phone calls, networking events, and client referrals.
- Utilize industry knowledge to showcase our corporate program and leverage networking opportunities by actively participating in trade shows, conferences, and industry / community events.
- Skillfully negotiate corporate contracts and respond to calls for tender (RFPs) to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Sales Manager to implement effective sales and marketing plans.
- Co-manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring their satisfaction through proactive after-sales activities.
- Analyze corporate sales performance, make data-driven decisions, and take necessary actions to drive growth.
- Prepare and present activity reports to the corporate sales departments at our headquarters.
- Minimum BA / BS Degree or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Corporate Sales, preferably in an airline or travel management company.
- Strong understanding of the business travel market and distribution network in your respective country.
- Demonstrated skills in influencing and effective communication.
- Proficiency in corporate sales and negotiation techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
- Competency in MS Office programs.
- Experience with corporate sales-related reporting tools such as E-smash, DDS, Prism is a valuable asset.
- Excellent command of English.
- Permanent residence permit in the respective country.
