Are you a creative, motivated, and people-oriented individual looking to gain hands-on experience in both sales and marketing? Silent Focus, a corporate silent retreat company, is seeking a
Sales & Marketing Intern
to help us expand our reach, connect with new clients, and engage professionals seeking mindful and transformative experiences.
What you´ll do:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
- Create engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and Instagram posts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential client segments.
- Assist in managing email marketing and customer outreach efforts.
- Help track and analyze marketing performance metrics.
- Help the owner reach out to wellness podcasts
Sales responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential corporate clients and partnerships.
- Assist in lead generation and client outreach (via email, LinkedIn, or calls).
- Support the sales pipeline by tracking leads, updating CRM tools, and preparing presentations/proposals.
- Contribute to sales strategy discussions and help tailor messaging to different client segments.
- Participate in introductory calls with potential clients alongside senior team members.
What we are looking for:
- Currently pursuing a masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Interest in or basic understanding of sales processes (lead generation, client outreach, CRM tools).
- Confident, personable, and comfortable reaching out to new contacts
- Creative mindset with an eye for design (experience with Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Interest in mindfulness, wellness, or corporate retreats is a bonus.
- Experience with BtoB sales is an asset
- English or Spanish speaking Native – Content writing will be done in either Spanish or English then translated, so it is necessary to have native-level English and/or Spanish. Amazing if you have both

Role Description
