Role
As an Expert Engagement Manager you'll be responsible to work directly with clients and you'll take ownership of one to many collaborations with the purpose to create significant value for our client.
As an Expert Engagement Manager, you will:
Ensure outstanding delivery:
- Lead by example and support the teams you work with
- Oversee the development of impactful AI solutions and deliver outcomes that meet the clients' need
- Contribute to the development of the structure, content and direction of the engagement strategy
- Focus on stakeholder management, including building client care and team leadership

What we are looking for
- Data Science, ML or Computer Science background is required for this position.
- A solid track record of building strong client relationships with large organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business.
- Extensive ability of dealing with C-Level stakeholders
- Fluent in English, French and/or German are a plus.

Role Operations & Engagement Manager
This role will collaborate closely with the wider Operations & Engagement team and report directly to the Global Operations & Engagement Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Role & Responsibilities: You will manage automated campaign optimization across Programmatic, Search, and soon Social channels, leveraging advanced machine learning. In this role, you will collaborate with hubs and local teams across selected EU-5 and North American markets. Your focus will be on ensuring the successful performance of algorithms and driving adoption across all viable channels.
- Campaign Management and Adoption: Execute, manage, and optimize campaigns on platforms such as DV360, TTD (Programmatic), and Google Ads, SA360 (Search), ensuring efficiency thresholds are met. Perform monthly performance reviews at critical campaign stages (e.g., 50% and 70% completion) and provide insights on benchmarks, edge cases, and efficiencies across brands and markets.
- Collaboration and Communication: Participate in regular and ad hoc meetings with stakeholders, providing performance updates, progress reports, and addressing challenges. Collaborate closely with the Operations and Engagement teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Continuous Evolution: This is a dynamic role requiring ongoing iteration and problem-solving. While core tasks will focus on digital and analytics, responsibilities will adapt as the project evolves, with an emphasis on innovation and improvement.
Profile
- Experience 2-3+ years of programmatic advertising experience, particularly with platforms like DV360 and The Trade Desk. Exposure to Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads/Bing, Search Ads 360) and Social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.) is highly recommended.
- Proven Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing performance campaigns across biddable channels.
- Cross-Channel Insight: Strong understanding of cross-channel performance analysis, ensuring cohesive strategies and optimal measurement across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels.

Under general supervision, the Client Engagement Specialist (CES) is responsible for managing all renewal aspects of the relationship with a defined set of customers. - Ensure appropriate levels of customer training and product utilization by working with the Product Training Specialist team and monitoring internal Tableau reports

You need to be able to ask the right questions, understand the logic of business processes, understand where the value comes from in various steps of insurance value chain and how data can transform these processes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills . You need to be a good listener and an empathetic person to be able to understand the business’s needs. You need to be able to communicate in a concise manner explaining IT solutions that are being offered to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of financial principles , with experience managing project budgets and tracking financial performance.

- Min 2-4 years of experience in client engagement, customer success or account management

**Position Summary**
The Engagement Lead must demonstrate excellent knowledge and experience in global outsourcing (BPO, technology, services) implementation/transition methodologies to understand client needs, set expectations and introduce the client to the ADP Celergo methodology. Requires strong communication and cross-cultural skills to collaborate with the team members internationally.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.**

+ Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders as needed to present implementation methodology, discuss project scope and gather and set client expectations.
+ Develop roll out plans, milestones and timelines to baseline tasks required for projects.
+ Responsible for providing status reporting and providing responsive feedback to management and senior leadership.
+ Explain payroll (compensation, benefits etc) and its financial implications to clients.
+ Clearly explain country specific payroll information and requirements to clients.
+ Train clients through online demonstrations using our payroll technology.
+ Serve as a single point of contact for client inquiries during the project preparation phase.
+ Assist with internal projects such as preparing proposals, customer presentations, and marketing efforts.
+ Provide perspective, input, and support to marketing & acquisition operations, and invoicing departments on customer-related issues.
+ Support sales in negotiation phase to address client's request and needs
+ Provide consultancy approach and coordinate with client's provider teams in case of complex global
+ Review Excel documents and verify figures using basic accounting knowledge.
+ Interact and communicate with international partners to clarify country specific items.
+ Relay pertinent payroll information to our global partners in a timely manner.
+ Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor.
+ Ability to problem - solve and seek alternative solutions.
+ Travel to client location when required.
