About The Role

  • Develop and realize interdisciplinary design concepts
  • Create consistent branding across media
  • Collaborate with strategy, creation, production, and external partners
  • Utilize HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices to craft interactive email experiences
  • Develop and modify email templates and campaigns
  • Contribute to brand modernization and evolution
  • Apply best practices in email development
  • Ensure consistent rendering across browsers, ESPs, and devices
  • Troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and performance issues

About You

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Canva, MailChimp
  • Strong HTML/CSS skills with email-specific coding experience
  • Responsive email design and front-end development expertise
  • Experience with Google Display formats and website builders
  • At least 3 years in CRM design
  • Ability to adapt to various brand guidelines
  • Skilled at interpreting design briefs and bringing concepts to life
  • Team player with independence and project management skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English

Conocimientos imprescindibles

  • Más de 10 años de experiencia como maquetador/a web.


  • Dominio avanzado de HTML, CSS y JavaScript nativo (ES6) .


  • Conocimientos sólidos en diseño UX y experiencia con sistemas de diseño gráfico .


  • Manejo de herramientas de diseño como Figma .


  • Familiaridad con sistemas de QA y testing orientados a la validación de componentes e interacciones.


  • Conocimientos en accesibilidad web , cumplimiento con los estándares WCAG 2.1 / WCAG 2.2 , con foco en la nueva normativa europea de accesibilidad con entrada en vigor en junio de 2025 .



Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollo y maquetación avanzada de componentes web reutilizables, accesibles y optimizados.
