Cultivar es una empresa líder en importación y exportación de frutas y hortalizas frescas al por mayor, con un sólido equipo de más de 450 profesionales y en plena expansión. Desde el año 1974 y hasta ahora, hemos sido pioneros en la importación de frutas exóticas, de contrastación y otras especialidades.
Con sede central en Barcelona y presencia en los principales Mercados de Abastecimiento (Mercabarna, Mercamadrid, Mercasevilla, y Mercabilbao), contamos con cámaras propias de maduración y procesos de packaging que nos permiten prestar servicio a todo tipo de clientes: desde la gran distribución y mayoristas, hasta tiendas detallistas especializadas y hostelería.
En 2023 el grupo cultivar gestionó un volumen de negocio de 220 millones de euros, importando desde más de 30 países y distribuyendo nuestros productos a una cartera de más de 3.000 clientes.
¿Qué perfil queremos incorporar?
En cultivar estamos buscando incorporar a un/a KAM para la gestión, desarrollo y crecimiento de nuestras cuentas claves así como la identificación y generación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
¿Cuáles serán las funciones a desarrollar?
Supervisar y gestionar el rendimiento de las cuentas, realizando seguimiento a los objetivos de ventas, márgenes y rentabilidad y asegurando la satisfacción al cliente
Identificar oportunidades de negocio y nuevas cuentas, elaborando estrategias para la captación y fidelización de clientes.
Analizar el mercado, identificar tendencias y necesidades del cliente para adaptar la oferta de productos.
Negociar precios, contratos y condiciones comerciales con los clientes.
Colaborar con los equipos de logística y operaciones para asegurar la entrega oportuna y la calidad de los productos.
Desarrollar e implementar planes de acción para mejorar la satisfacción del cliente y resolver posibles conflictos y la mejora de tasa de servicio
Coordinar con el equipo de marketing para planificar y ejecutar campañas promocionales y lanzamientos de nuevos productos.
¿Qué buscamos?
Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería agrónoma, o campo relacionado.
Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en ventas o gestión de cuentas clave, preferentemente en el sector de la alimentación o productos frescos.
Habilidades sólidas de negociación, comunicación y resolución de problemas.
Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión, con un enfoque orientado a resultados.
Disponibilidad para viajar
Se valorará positivamente un alto nivel de inglés y francés
