¡Seguimos creciendo! Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Packaging Supervisor para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de BARCEL. Tendrás la oportunidad de diseñar y desarrollar el empaque, envoltura y embalaje de los Takis en donde se asegure una ventaja competitiva y cumplan con las especificaciones definidas por el grupo.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Liderar el desarrollo integral de empaques primarios, secundarios y terciarios a partir de briefs/PCR (país, canal, volumen).- Diseñar y validar soluciones de empaque asegurando su desempeño estructural, compatibilidad con equipos automatizados, eficiencia en el uso de materiales, cumplimiento normativo y alineación con los objetivos de calidad, sustentabilidad y experiencia del consumidor.- Definir especificaciones técnicas (materiales, barrera, fuerza de sello, métodos y acabados de impresión) y garantizar su actualización conforme a normas vigentes.- Coordinar pruebas de laboratorio y de planta (transporte, nivel de inflado, ECT/BCT, cupos) para confirmar viabilidad técnica y logística.- Elaborar planos mecánicos, prototipos y dummies y gestionar su aprobación con las áreas internas y proveedores.- Desarrollar y calificar proveedores de empaques flexibles y rígidos, evaluando capacidad productiva, calidad y tiempos de entrega.- Emitir y mantener documentación técnica: pre-paquetes, especificaciones, catálogos de empaque, fichas técnicas/estiba y anexos.- Optimizar la logística calculando cupos en contenedores y proponiendo mejoras de estiba y embalaje.- Colaborar con Marketing y RGM en el costeo y la factibilidad financiera de nuevos empaques o mejoras.- Gestionar cotizaciones, negociaciones y asignación de proveedores, incluyendo cambios de material u origen y proyectos de ahorro.- Aprobar proveedores alternos y asegurar la continuidad de suministro frente a cambios de vida de anaquel o ubicación de fabricación.- Mantener y depurar datos maestros (altas de ítems, liberación de medidas en sistemas corporativos).- Monitorear tendencias de mercado, normativas y sostenibilidad para impulsar mejoras continuas en empaque y embalaje.
Requisitos:
- Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Alimentos, Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería en Materiales/Polímeros o similares.
- 3-4 años de experiencia en desarrollo de empaques
- Habilidades analíticas y de organización.
- Nivel de inglés profesional.
- Conocimiento técnico en empaques flexibles y rígidos, así como en equipos de empaque en planta.
- Notables habilidades interpersonales y comunicativas.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) y de herramientas de gestión de proyectos como ARKON.
- Experiencia valorada en procesos de producción de alimentos, especialmente botanas.

Actualmente queremos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de exportaciones, orientado a la gestión marítima de estas.
- FUNCIONES
Gestión integral de pedidos de exportación marítima. Contratos, Proformas, Documentos de pago, Planificación embarques, Logística, Operaciones, Documentación, Reclamaciones y Cobros. Apoyo a la red comercial en funciones administrativas y operativas. Atención, seguimiento, resolución de incidencias y consultas a clientes y proveedores durante todo el proceso.
Soporte y apoyo a la Dirección comercial para la consecución de los objetivos de compañía. Seguimiento de mercados internacionales para detectar oportunidades de negocio. Coordinación con los equipos de panificación, producción, ventas, administración y finanzas.
Elaboración y seguimiento de facturas proformas, confirmaciones de pedidos y contratos de compraventa internacionales. Comunicación, asistencia, resolución de incidencias y consultas, con los clientes internacional tanto por email como vía telefónica.
Gestión integral de los Créditos Documentarios y Remesas Documentarias de exportación. Elaboración, envío, revisión y seguimiento de borradores y documentos relativos a documentos de pago, como garantías bancarias, avales, cartas de crédito o remesas.
Gestión integral de los procesos de logística y transporte internacional. Elaboración, actualización y mantenimiento del calendario de embarques y seguimiento de las entregas de material a puerto. Planificación, disponibilidad, salidas planta, transito, llegadas a puerto, almacenaje, clasificación, operaciones, cargas, etc). Coordinación logística tanto de transporte LINER como CHARTER
Contacto, relación con agentes de aduana, transportistas, transitarios y bancos. Tramitación de TODA la documentación de exportación, transporte y aduanas (facturas comerciales, packing list, conocimientos de embarque, certificados de origen, eur-1, .) Gestión de envíos courier a clientes, bancos, y agentes. 2
Atención al cliente, resolución de incidencias y tramitación de quejas y reclamaciones comerciales, logísticas y de calidad relativas a los pedidos de exportación marítima. Gestión documental y coordinación con calidad, administración y finanzas. Seguimiento de los cobros de los diferentes instrumentos de cobro.
Mantenimiento actualizado de lo relativo a su puesto en los sistemas ERP y CRM
- REQUISITOS
Formación en ciclo formativo de Grado Superior en Comercio Internacional / Grado Universitario ADE, Comercio, Economía, Logística, Transporte o similar
Experiencia mínima 1-3 años en logística internacional y exportación
Imprescindible Nivel alto de inglés mínimo B2 ( 2o idioma deseable Frances, Aleman, u otro)
Conocimientos de comercio internacional. Comprensión de las regulaciones tratado y acuerdos comerciales internacionales (INCOTERMS). Formación en aduanas, transporte, logística, DGR's.
Conocimiento de instrumentos financieros como avales, garantías bancarias, remesas y créditos documentarios de exportación (experiencia demostrable)
Skills en negociación para acordar, y resolver incidencias y condiciones en contratos, y otros documentos con proveedores y clientes internacionales
Excelente capacidad organizativa y gestión del tiempo
Orientación al cliente y resultados y trabajo en equipo
