**About the role:**
Reporting to the **Director of Customer Experience** , the **Commissioning Project & Planning Coordinator** will play a key role in ensuring a smooth customer journey through equipment installation and startup activities, helping customers achieve their water quality objectives. This is a **newly created position in Europe** , designed to close a critical process gap that has been impacting customer experience and delaying equipment startup. The role requires a high level of autonomy, strong project management skills, and the ability to operate as a "team of one" while defining processes and building structure. The position can be based in **Spain or France** . Occasional business travel is required, though not frequent. Working language will be **English** , and knowledge of an additional European language (French, German, Spanish, or Italian) will be considered a plus, as the role covers multiple countries.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by reviewing contracts and specifications to understand their needs.
+ Plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple projects in parallel, managing timelines, budgets, and communications.
+ Review installation documents (mechanical, electrical, P&ID) to ensure site readiness for commissioning.
+ Provide technical support and propose solutions when issues arise during installation or startup.
+ Identify root causes and implement corrective actions as needed.
+ Collaborate with internal teams (Project Managers, Engineering, Sales, Customer Service) and external contractors.
+ Drive continuous improvement, share feedback, and contribute to product and process enhancements.
+ Work independently in a newly created role, managing ambiguity and defining new processes.
**The essential requirements of the job include:**
+ Project Management experience.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (mechanical, electrical, P&ID).
+ Experience working with external contractors and engineers.

**À propos du poste :**
Relevant de la Directrice de l'Expérience Client, le/la **Coordinateur(trice) de Projets & Planification - Mise en Service** jouera un rôle clé pour garantir un parcours client fluide lors de l'installation des équipements et des activités de démarrage, en aidant les clients à atteindre leurs objectifs de qualité de l'eau. Il s'agit d'un poste nouvellement créé en Europe, destiné à combler un écart critique dans le processus qui impacte actuellement l'expérience client et retarde la mise en service des équipements. La fonction requiert un haut degré d'autonomie, de solides compétences en gestion de projet et la capacité d'opérer comme une « équipe à part entière », en définissant les processus et en construisant la structure. Le poste peut être basé en Espagne ou en France. Des déplacements professionnels occasionnels sont à prévoir, mais ils ne seront pas fréquents. La langue de travail sera l'anglais, et la maîtrise d'une langue européenne supplémentaire (français, allemand, espagnol ou italien) sera considérée comme un atout, car le poste couvre plusieurs pays.

My client is the air transport industry's IT provider, delivering solutions for airlines, airports, aircraft, and governments. Their technology powers more seamless, safe, and sustainable air travel.

They are looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to join on a contract basis for 6 months to support a global ERP transformation project, with a view to extend further.

About the Role

Our client is embarking on a global ERP transformation as part of its enterprise modernisation journey. The Finance, Legal & Corporate Services (FLCS) function is central to this programme, with a focus on corporate control, compliance, and sustainable business growth.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support senior project leadership, working closely with Key Stakeholders, Functional Representatives and the Corporate Control team, ensuring day-to-day alignment of stakeholders, delivery of critical change initiatives, and integration with the wider Transformation Office.

Key Duties:


• Manage project planning and execution within our clients Transformation Office, ensuring alignment with governance, scope, and benefit realisation.


• Partner with senior FLCS leaders on managing the work for visioning the Corporate Control and associated workstreams for 2030+.


• Lead stakeholder engagement across Corporate Control and associated workstreams, and programme leadership, securing alignment on objectives and scope.


• Coordinate PMO activities: RAID management, benefit tracking, steering packs, change impact assessments, and business case validation.


• Support change management, including communication planning, readiness assessments, and embedding of new behaviours defined in FLCS cultural charters.


• Drive ERP programme activities in Brussels, acting as the on-site focal point for cross-functional workshops, data readiness, process validation, and vendor/integrator engagement

What we are looking for


• Proven experience in Project Management (Prince2, Agile/Scrum preferred) with strong PMO discipline and ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder environments.


• Strong background in Finance transformation, with experience in Corporate Control, fiscal reporting, compliance, and financial systems.


• Expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, and localisation processes.


• Fluency in English and French; additional European languages an advantage.


• Excellent communication and change management skills with ability to influence across functions and geographies.

  • Coordinate and develop scope and price for change order opportunities. Negotiate acceptance with the customer.
  • Serve as a proactive leader/problem solver addressing complex issues and situations as they arise
  • Solve multicomplex technical issues - and manage and direct multi-discipline, highly specialized design teams, working in cross border organizational networks (during the project execution phase.)
  • Active support of Procurement in creation and reviewing of detailed technical specification for sub-contract and supplier work packages
  • Project risk management together with the PM team - identify and assess technical project risks, mitigate threats, and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Manage and enhance relationships with the Customer, Consultants, Suppliers and Trade
  • Track project progress, variances, and recovery; identify trends; mitigate potential cost overruns and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
  • Ensure project health, safety and environmental standards meet or exceed legislated requirements and company policy.


Job Requirements:

  • You have a Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical engineering, or Project management field.
  • Preferably you have 5+ Yrs Project Management experience.
  • Delivering projects in the Europe region would be an advantage
  • Cross-culture sensitive, experience with Chinese company is a plus.

1971 como NautiPesca Can Miquel, desde sus inicios ha estado a la vanguardia de la industria

en aspectos clave como el servicio, la calidad y la competitividad.


En 1997, la empresa amplió su actividad con la incorporación de la división de pintura y

cuidados para embarcaciones, adquiriendo pronto un sólido prestigio en el sector.


Actualmente buscamos incorporar 2 Project Managers , uno para la zona de Cataluña (Vilanova) y otro para la zona de Levante , que lideren y coordinen proyectos en el sector naval.


Descripción del puesto:

La persona seleccionada será responsable de la gestión integral de proyectos en astilleros

autonómicos, nacionales e internacionales, asegurando la calidad, cumplimiento de plazos y

satisfacción del cliente.


Funciones principals:

-Planificar y organizar proyectos (preparación, ejecución y entrega), elaborando cronogramas y

controlando recursos (personal, materiales, equipos).

-Supervisar la correcta ejecución en obra, asegurando Calidad (sistemas Awlgrip, Alexseal),

seguridad marítima, laboral y medioambiental.

-Coordinar equipos internos, subcontratistas y distintos departamentos (pintura, mecánica,

logística, etc.).

-Actuar como principal punto de contacto con capitanes, armadores, contratistas y

proveedores, asegurando una comunicación fluida.

-Controlar la facturación y hacer seguimiento de los costes reales frente a los previstos,

optimizando recursos para mantener la rentabilidad.

-Mantener actualizada la documentación técnica y administrativa del proyecto.

-Crear históricos de proyectos para mejorar los procesos futuros.

-Anticipar riesgos, resolver incidencias y gestionar conflictos durante el proyecto.

-Realizar reportes de progreso y cierres de proyecto.


Requisitos del puesto:

-Formación técnica, preferiblemente en el área naval o similar (valorable, pero no indispensable).

-Titulación NACE o FROSIO (muy valorable).

-Inglés avanzado.

-Manejo de herramientas informáticas a nivel usuario.

-Experiencia en gestión o colaboración en proyectos relacionados con el sector naval.

-Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional e internacional.

-Experiencia demostrable en gestión de equipos.
