This is why more startups, and over 80% of unicorns, choose to launch on AWS. AWS seeks a Startup Account Manager to earn trust and drive growth with well-funded and high-potential startups. The core responsibility is to ensure that new and high-potential startups choose AWS as their cloud platform to transform and accelerate their business. We work backward from the customer and partner with technical teams, business development, and stakeholders to lead scaled Go-to-Market strategies, accelerate adoption and drive customer success.
Responsibilities- Ensure customer success with early-stage (Seed to Series B) and mid-stage (Series C+) startups
- Drive revenue and market share in assigned territory or industry vertical
- Accelerate customer adoption through strategic sales engagements and GTM strategy execution
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and business objectives
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory plans
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions for AWS services
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including Founders, CxOs, Board Members, and VC influencers
- Partner with ecosystem players to extend reach and drive adoption
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts

Basic Qualifications- 5-8 years of technology related sales, business development, marketing, channel management experience
- Extensive customers or pre-sale experience in B2B environments, preferably in a solution-selling / technology-related environment
- Strong analytical and project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Extensive skills in leveraging tools and technology to increase efficiency in your day-to-day activities
- Demonstrated ability to own projects and events from design to execution
- Profound insights into the startup ecosystem, the main stakeholders and trends
- Passion for startups and entrepreneurial mentality and history of working for, or selling to tech startups
- Previous experience in Marketing and / or Business Development as well as Sales
- Startup Founder / Startup operating experience in business development, venture capital, or in leadership roles

El proyectoTu misión será convertir cada interacción dentro de su aplicación en una experiencia memorable y diferenciada. No se trata solo de “resolver tareas”, sino de imaginar, diseñar y liderar experiencias que sorprendan y conecten emocionalmente con el usuario, asegurando que cada funcionalidad eleve la percepción de la app.
Responsibilities- Visión de Experiencia
- Entender profundamente a los usuarios y ponerse en su piel.
- Traducir esa empatía en experiencias digitales que generen emoción, no solo funcionalidad.
- Diseño Estratégico de Flujos
- Diseñar journeys completos.
- Buscar siempre el “momento wow” dentro de esos journeys.
- Benchmarking Creativo
- Investigar cómo resuelven problemas otras apps.
- Traer inspiración de sectores distintos (gaming, lifestyle, apps sociales) para innovar.
- Trabajo en Equipo
- Colaborar con diseñadores UI / UX, desarrollo y marketing para que la visión de producto se traduzca en realidades medibles.
- Asegurar consistencia estética y emocional en todas las pantallas y microinteracciones.
- Iteración Basada en Datos y Feedback
- Analizar cómo los usuarios usan cada flujo.
- Proponer mejoras que no solo resuelvan problemas, sino que eleven la experiencia general.
- Experiencia como Product Designer o Lead UX / UI, con proyectos en B2C (apps sociales, lifestyle, gaming, entretenimiento o marketplaces).
- Evolución posterior hacia roles de producto (PM o similar), liderando no solo diseño sino también visión y estrategia.
- Experiencia trabajando con journeys emocionales (ej. onboarding, gamificación, interacciones sociales).
- Capacidad de storytelling : explicar una funcionalidad como una experiencia que se vive, no como un simple flujo técnico.
- Qué te hará destacar? :
