Your Mission

  • Lead the development and management of the Back of House. Ensure optimal stock levels and inventory accuracy by proactively monitoring sell-through rates and product flow strategy in store.
  • Oversee all talent-related matters including schedules, time tracking, payroll, absence, conduct, and performance.
  • Ensure effective in-store training delivered by the training lead.
  • Hire lead advisors and advisors, delivering a strong onboarding process for new hires. Implement development plans for team leads to support their professional growth and performance.
  • Implement action plans to maintain high team engagement based on feedback from engagement surveys.
  • Ensure smooth transitions by planning visual change-outs in advance and addressing any visual updates for sell through optimization on a daily basis.
