Your roleThe position is within the Design & Customer Experience team, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse, international group of innovators on various products and horizons. We seek a Senior User Interface (UI) Designer (m/f/d) with expertise in User Interface Design and Design Systems to oversee quality and consistency across Deutsche Telekom’s digital touchpoints. Responsibilities include :
- Rollout and implementation of a new UI Design language across digital platforms
- Conducting design critiques and providing guidance to teams
- Developing and updating Deutsche Telekom’s UI Design language and components
- Collaborating with disciplines to enhance UI & UX design
- Working with the Design Systems Team to translate requirements into components
- Creating inclusive user experiences for mobile apps, web portals, smart devices, and conversational interfaces, ensuring accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA)
- Improving user experience along customer journeys for usability and accessibility

Your profileThe role requires :
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in design (e.g., UX, interaction design) and 6+ years of experience in UX design with a focus on accessibility principles

- Expertise in creating Design Languages, Visual Identities, and documentation in Design Systems
- Ability to provide actionable feedback and guidance
- Experience in digital concepts for various touchpoints and service categories
