This position is focus on the Administration of Oracle databases in European scope contributing to ensure the DBA services provided to the business are stable, resilient and performant.

The DBA-Oracle team is responsible for production support of all Oracle databases in Europe, most of them located in Paris and London. Support activities include:

• Backup and recovery
• Performance analysis
• New database/server architecture and builds
• Ad hoc consulting to application teams
• General incident and service request resolution

• 5+ years’ experience as a DBA in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Oracle database creation, patching, and upgrades
• Strong understanding of Linux fundamentals, commands, and shell scripting
• Working knowledge of OEM
• Ability to generate and interpret AWR/ASH/ADDM reports
