- Realización de presentaciones comerciales ad hoc.
¿Qué buscamos?
- Imprescindible experiencia previa mínima de 5 a 10 años realizando las funciones descritas en ventas B2B con C-Levels.
- Imprescindible nivel de inglés B2-C1 (se realizará prueba).
- Será muy valorable contar con experiencia dentro del sector educativo o con venta de Saas.
- Perfil con excelentes habilidades comunicativas, dinámico y motivador, orientado a resultados.
¿Qué ofrecemos?

- Salario: 38.000€ - 50.000€ B.A + variable

Role Description
The Account Manager team is the first point of contact for the trade fair company's customers. They place their questions and orders here. The Account Managers answer questions and request the necessary documents from customers. They monitor the ordering process and operate our company's ERP systems and the trade fair company's portals. They are also responsible for preparing quotations and accepting subsequent orders or customer complaints. In a way, the account managers act as translators between technical laymen and experts such as technical rigging planners or construction managers.
Qualifications
- Professional experience in business correspondence

- Confident handling of all common MS Office programs

Your functions
- Customer Relationship Management: serving as the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions and providing solutions and managing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Request and Documentation Handling: gathering necessary documents from customers and ensuring all required paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Order Monitoring: overseeing the entire ordering process from start to finish, ensuring that all customer needs are met and orders are processed smoothly.
- ERP & Portal Operations: operating company’s ERP systems and trade fair portals, accurately entering and tracking customer orders, updates, and transactions.
- Quotation Preparation: preparing and sending quotations to customers based on their needs and requests, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Order Follow-Up & Complaints Management: accepting subsequent orders, handling follow-up inquiries, and addressing customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Technical Translation: acting as a communication bridge between non-technical customers and our technical teams (such as rigging planners and construction managers), ensuring that both sides understand requirements and deliverables.

Nature and aim of the position
The holder of this position is responsible for managing an assigned merchant portfolio for Tax Free Shopping products with the objective to improve the service offer to travelers and to develop new business hunting.
Your role
As an Account Manager you will be overall responsible for managing an assigned merchant portfolio for TFS products with the objective to improve the service offer to travelers and to develop new business hunting.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Delivery of sales targets
- Delivery of account specific contractual obligations and agreed activities at store level
- Improve merchants knowledge and expertise with our services
- Accurate account management delivering the Sell-out objectives:
- First / ongoing training
- Maximize TFS business (IR and RR management)
- Business Statistics analysis, presentation, discussion and action
- Action plans and store visits in line with company segmentation model
- Accurate use of CRM to plan, record and report account specific activity
Skills
- 4-5 years’ experience of account management ideally in the FMCG, retail or financial services
- Proven experience of winning and developing new business
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and oral communication skills.
- The ability to learn on a steep learning curve.
- Driven and enthusiastic individuals, who can use their own initiative.
- The skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships with an ability to grasp customers’ current and potential needs.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Good use of time management skills, can demonstrate ability to prioritize
- Results-orientated with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to work for periods unsupervised.

The Role

Vacancy: Account Manager
The Account Manager will drive ambitious growth across central and northern Spain, playing a key role in implementing Cordstrap’s fit-for-future sales strategy. As a key member of the Southern Europe Sales Team, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager South, the Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of high-value clients.
Skilled in both farming and hunting, they will drive growth by nurturing existing relationships while strategically pursuing new business opportunities within their territory. They will combine a customer-centric approach with an engineering mindset to deliver impactful, value-based proposals and tailored solutions. Key responsibilities include executing structured portfolio plans, managing sales funnels, conducting growth-focused customer meetings, and using CRM and Power BI tools to prioritize and optimize activities across the portfolio.
Based in Spain, the Account Manager will work remotely, traveling multiple days per week in the field across their designated regions of Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, Extremadura and Portugal. Operating independently within their territory, the Account manager will collaborate closely with a broader team that includes two Account Managers, one Inside Sales Managers and two cross-regional Sales Managers who oversee the construction and low cost to serve clients. Position Overview

- Experience navigating complex organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial data, P&Ls, and retail KPIs.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Excel.
