¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?


  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio B2B.

¿Qué buscamos?

We are looking for an Account Manager for one of our prestigious clients.

In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all new and existing projects within scope are managed effectively, on time, and on budget. You will also act as strategic partner with the client, and be a champion for quality of delivery across all work.


In this role, you will have opportunity to lead a team of 3 dedicated support staff working on client site. This is an autonomous role, where you will be afforded the tools and resources to manage both your team and the client relationship as required to achieve the best possible outcomes - giving you the opportunity to place your stamp on all aspects of the work carried out. If you have demonstrable experience of process improvement - that's perfect - however we would also welcome applications from those with the relevant industry and team leadership experience too.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a team of 3 Projects Managers
  • Handle the client accounts and develop a strong solid business relationship through regular and proactive contact

  • Coordinate all aspects of the response to the client brief, paying particular attention to quality and revenue generated.
  • Work to improve internal processes, communications and the working relationship between the assigned account team and all other departments at SGX.

Position Overview

In this role, you will own and manage strategic relationships with major retail clients, driving performance and execution across a portfolio of key accounts. Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Development

  • Must have 5 years or more experience with Consumer Package Goods and calling on retail customers.
  • Must have hard goods experience.
  • Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for assigned large retail customers.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans tailored to each client's business model and growth opportunities.
  • Strengthen relationships at multiple levels within the customer organization, including buyers, category managers, and senior executives.

  • Experience navigating complex organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives.

The holder of this position is responsible for managing an assigned merchant portfolio for Tax Free Shopping products with the objective to improve the service offer to travelers and to develop new business hunting.


Your role

As an Account Manager you will be overall responsible for managing an assigned merchant portfolio for TFS products with the objective to improve the service offer to travelers and to develop new business hunting.
