The Service Engineer Digital Technologies for Leica Biosystems is responsible for delivering, promoting and selling high quality technical service within geographical area of responsibility, including EU if required, with the objective of achieving customer satisfaction whilst obtaining individual or team revenue and KPI targets.
The responsibility of the position holder is service and maintenance along with troubleshooting and commissioning of the laboratory instruments in the Leica Biosystems portfolio, focusing on configuration and implementation of Imaging Solutions, network devices and remote services.
Visit customers for installations, preventive maintenance, repairs, fault analysis and upgrades in order to achieve high customer satisfaction and ensure a professional repair in due time with effective, efficient & safe work practices. Provide phone and remote support to reduce customer downtime. Perform root cause analysis in the field or in the business / manufacturing unit.
Be the local expert and go-to person for other FSE’s in the region.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Visit customers to perform preventative maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, and upgrades to achieve optimum customer care and ensure a professional repair in due time with effective and efficient working practices contributing to team goals/KPI’s.
- On-site installation of Imaging Solutions, including configuration of network requirements.
- Deliver accurate reporting, handling and timely submission of Salesforce reports, Expenses, Stock management and other relevant service documentation/process transactions.
- Work in close collaboration with DP product specialist EMEA, Business Unit and other LBS Field Service team, to improve reliability and feedback insights on Imaging Solutions technical support.
- Co-operate closely with and support the sales team with tasks such as basic training for customers, installations, demonstrations and setting up systems on the customer network
- Exchange valuable information resulting from customer contacts to increase customer satisfaction. Document customer information with the CRM & Service management systems in a timely manner. Collect, update & distribute knowledge with the product specialists.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Experience in Field Service or a related field, preferred on medical devices
Knowledge of network configuration and setup such as firewalls and TCP/IP networking
Experience with Windows Server, Linux, VM’s and working knowledge of SQL.
Knowledge of Digital Pathology Integration solutions and software installations advantageous
Proven ability to learn independently in technical areas and build experience
Travel: Must be able to travel approximately 50 % of the time primarily within the region, this will vary depending on requirements. Overnight travel may be required

¿Qué harás como nuestro/a Coordinador/a HSE?
- Velar en todo momento por el cumplimiento del Plan de Seguridad y Salud y procedimientos propios de la obra.
- Supervisar la documentación necesaria de subcontratas y trabajadores de campo.
- Creación, o, en su caso, revisión de checklist.
- Enlace con el Coordinador de Seguridad y Salud de obra, así como con los recursos preventivos asignados.
- Realización de charlas de inducción previas a la incorporación en obra del personal.
- Asistencia a reuniones periódicas de coordinación de empresas (CAE).
- Supervisar el cumplimiento del Plan de Medio Ambiente propio de la construcción.
- Redacción de informes periódicos de seguimiento de las actuaciones en materia de HSE.
- Realización de visitas puntuales de supervisión en campo en materia de prevención de riesgos profesionales.
- Gestión y comunicación de las posibles no conformidades.
- Realización de investigaciones de posibles incidentes y accidentes en campo.

¿Qué buscamos?
Incorporamos un/a Técnico/a de Desarrollo Analítico de I+D - Materias Primas en una de nuestras plantas ubicadas en Azuqueca de Henares.
¡El reto!
- Organizar diariamente el trabajo de los analistas de lsu grupo para determinar qué pruebas se deben realizar y qué equipo instrumental se debe utilizar.
- Revisar la documentación asociada a cada análisis y la documentación de los informes de investigación para validaciones de métodos analíticos para garantizar el correcto desempeño de la prueba de acuerdo con los estándares GMP.
- Desarrollar y verificar/validar métodos para analizar nuevas materias o nuevos ensayos de materias existentes. Documentar el proceso de desarrollo y los resultados.
- Actuar de punto de contacto con externalizaciones de determinados ensayos
- Realizar protocolos que describan cómo realizar la prueba de verificación/validación, establecer parámetros para validar y criterios, y realizar informes de validación donde se reporten los resultados de la validación para garantizar que el método desarrollado sea válido y cumpla con los parámetros especificados en las ICH.
- Investigar resultados Fuera de Especificaciones (OOS) y completar la documentación asociada a ese OOS (Formulario OOS e informe de investigación) por la causa que ha producido dicho OOS y evitar que vuelva a ocurrir iniciando acciones correctivas (notas informativas y de capacitación).
- Supervisar los ensayos realizados por los analistas y resolver sus dudas para garantizar la correcta realización de la prueba.
- Planificar los muestreos
¿Qué necesitas?
- Estudios: Graduado en Química o grado técnico avanzado.
- Idiomas: Español e inglés fluidos.
- Experiencia (años/área): 2-5 años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica en un puesto similar.
- Conocimientos Específicos: PNT's, farmacopea EP y normativa USP y GMP.

¿Qué buscamos?
Incorporamos un/a nuevo/a INSUDER como Analista de Laboratorio en el área de I+D en nuestra planta ubicada en Azuqueca de Henares.
¡El reto!
- Realizar los análisis de materias primas, producto terminado y estabilidades I+D
- Realizar los análisis relativos a transferencias y validaciones/verificaciones de métodos analíticos.
- Reporte de datos y resultados para asegurar el cumplimiento de sus propiedades de integridad.
- Seguimiento de la documentación establecida para la ejecución de tareas en el Laboratorio (procedimientos estándar de operación, documentación soporte, manuales, etc.) y sistemática de trabajo GxP.
- Contribución para garantizar el estado de control formativo que se requiere en su ámbito de responsabilidad (técnica específica, GxP, seguridad, etc.).
- Colaboración en el mantenimiento del buen estado de orden y limpieza del Laboratorio
- Gestionar reactivos, materiales y estándares del laboratorio.
- Realizar verificaciones diarias de los equipos requeridos
- Seguir las normas de trabajo (incluyendo orden y limpieza) y los procedimientos establecidos.
- Participar en las investigaciones, OOS y OOT.
- Revisión de documentación básica.
- Redacción de procedimientos, métodos, investigaciones.
¿Qué necesitas?
- Formación: Grado Superior en Análisis y Control de Calidad o similar.
- Experiencia (años/área): valorable al menos 1 año de experiencia en laboratorio farmacéutico
- Deseable: conocimientos de Software Ofimático a nivel usuario y nivel de inglés básico.
- Habilidades personales: buena capacidad de organización y resolución de problemas, trabajo en equipo, iniciativa y toma de decisiones.
- Habilidades técnicas: capacidad para trabajar en ambiente regulado.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales tareas?
Reportando a la Dirección de Operaciones:
- Recepción de proyectos y/o datos para redacción de presupuestos
- Elaboración de ofertas de ventas
- Redacción de informes, certificados y prescripciones
- Elaboración de mediciones, descompuestos de precios y despieces de materiales
- Ejecución de documentación técnica (planos, memorias, fichas técnicas.)
- Cerrar fecha de ejecución y finalización de proyecto con equipo de producción
- Cerrar plazos y precios especiales con gestor de compras para el aprovisionamiento de los materiales para las ejecuciones
- Apoyo al departamento de PRL para la gestión documental.

- Nivel avanzado en Paquete Office, Autocad y Presto
- Capacidad de negociación, organización y trabajo en equipo
- Capacidad de trabajo bajo situaciones estresantes
- Soporte a Atención al cliente y comercial sobre códigos y artículos.
