The Territory Manager will support Cepheid Iberia in achieving commercial goals and help Cepheid customers to fully understand and utilize the clinical benefits/impact of Cepheid technology and products. The role involves working closely with the sales team to develop pre- and post-sales strategies, support newly launched products, and boost assay utilization. Engaging with Clinicians and also influencing the Microbiology stakeholders . This position is part of the Commercial Sales Department and is a remote position based in Andalucía. The TM will be responsible of growing the business at Hospital level in the area of Andalucía.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

  • Drive sales strategies and execution to achieve commercial goals in Andalucía
  • Educate and train clinical stakeholders on the impact and use of Cepheid products. 
  • Develop strong relationships with clinicians and key opinion leaders to drive advocacy. 
  • Create and support business opportunities through clinical engagement and product demonstrations. 
  • Collaborate with Medical and Scientific Affairs on clinical case studies and product positioning. 
  • Stay current with clinical data and healthcare guidelines to inform strategy and communication. 
  • Partner with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, and Field Application Specialists to optimize customer experience. 

The essential requirements of the job include:  

  • MSc or PhD degree Physician, Clinical Pharmacist, Clinical Laboratory Sciences subspecialty (Microbiology, Molecular biology), or Infectious Diseases OR Nursing degree in field 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the Spanish healthcare market 
  • Proven knowledge in Microbiology, Molecular biology & Infectious Diseases.
  • Knowledge in Hematology / Oncology is a plus.
  • Clinical experience including evidence of implementing change in hospital/healthcare environments. 
  • Excellent Selling, communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Summary:    

As a Customer Service Representative II,  you will be responsible for the resolution of multi-product fraud related client requests by answering calls, chats, or emails in an inbound contact center. These individuals work in a fast-paced environment that requires accuracy, use of logic, multi-tasking, toggling between multiple systems and clearly communicating resolutions in an efficient manner while delivering a great client experience. They provide seamless service delivery to answer client questions, resolve problems, perform account maintenance, and look for opportunities to deepen relationships through digital solutions.

What You'll Do:     

  • Manage inbound calls from customers regarding account inquiries, transactions, and fraud concerns.
  • Identify and respond to potential fraud using training, account data, and internal tools; escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Process fraud claims and disputes per client guidelines.
  • Clearly explain account issues and resolutions, ensuring a professional, empathetic, and confidential approach.
  • Conduct investigations with accuracy and care, documenting all actions and conversations in the case management system.
  • Support team operations with other duties and tasks as assigned.

Summary:    

As a Customer Service Representative II,  you will be responsible for the resolution of multi-product fraud related client requests by answering calls, chats, or emails in an inbound contact center. These individuals work in a fast-paced environment that requires accuracy, use of logic, multi-tasking, toggling between multiple systems and clearly communicating resolutions in an efficient manner while delivering a great client experience. They provide seamless service delivery to answer client questions, resolve problems, perform account maintenance, and look for opportunities to deepen relationships through digital solutions.

What You'll Do:     

  • Manage inbound calls from customers regarding account inquiries, transactions, and fraud concerns.
  • Identify and respond to potential fraud using training, account data, and internal tools; escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Process fraud claims and disputes per client guidelines.
  • Clearly explain account issues and resolutions, ensuring a professional, empathetic, and confidential approach.
  • Conduct investigations with accuracy and care, documenting all actions and conversations in the case management system.
  • Support team operations with other duties and tasks as assigned.

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or Dispatch experience.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Complete a background check, credit check, and fingerprinting.
  • Internet Service: Must have a verified, secure, reliable, and high-speed internet connection to support business needs.
  • Work Area : Must have an established, dedicated work area equipped with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, and direct LAN connection.
  • Equipment: The company will provide all necessary computer equipment
  • Internet Speed Test: Must complete an internet speed test and achieve a minimum of 50 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download .
  • Reside in Puerto Rico with legal authorization to work permanently in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications :   

  • 6 months of experience in the banking or financial industry.

Como Técnico/a de Mantenimiento de Instalaciones BMS, jugarás un papel clave en el mantenimiento, optimización y supervisión de los sistemas inteligentes que gestionan los edificios más innovadores. ¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Supervisar los sistemas conectados al BMS como HVAC, iluminación, alarmas, control de acceso y gestión de energía.
  • Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo para garantizar la operatividad y la máxima eficiencia.
  • Identificar y resolver problemas técnicos de manera proactiva, asegurando la máxima fiabilidad de los sistemas.
  • Participar en la implementación y actualización de sistemas BMS para mejorar el rendimiento y la automatización del edificio.
  • Instalar, configurar y poner en marcha sistemas de control de automatización en instalaciones y edificios cuando se requiera.
  • Soporte técnico: mantenimiento en la solución de problemas relacionados con los sistemas automatizados de los clientes.
  • Elaborar informes técnicos detallando estado del sistema de BMS y las acciones tomadas

¿Qué perfil necesitamos?

  • Formación Profesional Media/Superior en Automatización, Electrónica, Mecatrónica o similares.
  • Experiencia mínima de al menos 2 años en sistemas BMS o automatización de edificios.
  • Conocimientos en climatización, iluminación y control de accesos integrados en BMS.
  • Se valorará positivamente aportar conocimientos en protocolos de comunicación como BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, Dali.
  • Experiencia en la lectura e interpretación de planos eléctricos y diagramas de control.
  • Será valorable tener formación en PRL - 60h Recurso Preventivo.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar en la zona geográfica asignada.
  • Carnet de conducir.
