MISIÓN DEL ROL
Como Director/a de Greet Alicante, serás responsable de la gestión integral del hotel, asegurando su rentabilidad, eficiencia operativa y alineación con los valores de sostenibilidad e impacto social de la marca. Liderarás un equipo apasionado por la hospitalidad y la eco-responsabilidad, garantizando una experiencia responsable y excepcional para cada huésped.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
1. Sostenibilidad e Impacto Social
• Implementar políticas de gestión ambiental: eficiencia energética, reducción de residuos y plásticos.
• Establecer alianzas con proveedores locales y sostenibles.
• Aplicar estándares y certificaciones ambientales de Accor (Green Key, Green Globe, etc.).
• Promover una cultura interna de compromiso ambiental y responsabilidad social.
• Colaborar con proyectos e iniciativas comunitarias e integrar actividades locales en la vida del hotel.
2. Gestión y Liderazgo del Equipo
• Liderar, formar y motivar al equipo para fomentar el desarrollo profesional y el trabajo en valores.
• Promover la diversidad e inclusión en el equipo.
• Gestionar la selección, contratación y formación del personal en valores sostenibles.
3. Experiencia del Cliente y Ecosistema de colaboración
• Garantizar una experiencia de cliente excelente, alineada con la filosofía de Greet.
• Diseñar e implementar estrategias de fidelización y comunicación interna y externa.
• Impulsar y cuidar, con proactividad y sensibilidad, las relaciones con instituciones, ONGs, entidades y proveedores locales, manteniendo vivo y fortalecido el ecosistema de alianzas y colaboración.
4. Gestión Operativa y Financiera
• Supervisar las operaciones diarias del hotel: recepción, housekeeping, F&B y mantenimiento.
• Garantizar la rentabilidad del hotel mediante un control eficiente de costes y presupuestos.
• Aplicar estrategias de revenue management para maximizar ocupación y beneficios.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de normativas legales, laborales y de seguridad.

• Experiencia de mínimo 3-5 años en dirección o subdirección hotelera, preferentemente en marcas económicas y sostenibles.
• Conocimiento de normativas medioambientales y certificaciones (Green Key, Green Globe, etc.).
• Manejo de sistemas de gestión hotelera (Opera, FOLS, PMS).
• Experiencia en gestión de residuos, eficiencia energética y proveedores responsables.
• Valorable formación adicional en sostenibilidad, impacto social o gestión ambiental

The Hotel Director oversees the functions of Hotel Operations onboard the vessel and is accountable for driving and maximizing positive results on all company-based targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Hotel Operations Department includes Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Guest Relations, Finance, Entertainment, IT & Data Systems, Cruise Sales, and all onboard revenue-generating areas. The Hotel Director is responsible for the daily operations and performance of all departments within Hotel Operations.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of five years’ experience as a senior leader in a luxury (4 / 5-star) hotel or cruise industry environment.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead with a “global” perspective in a culturally diverse and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of principles and processes involved in business and organizational planning, coordination, and execution, including strategic planning, resource allocation, workforce planning and management, leadership techniques, and production methods.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing personalized services, including needs assessment techniques, quality service standards, alternative delivery systems, and guest satisfaction evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of policies and practices involved in human resources functions.
- Ability to lead teams positively and productively by inspiring and developing individuals and effectively managing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or the international equivalent (preferred), or equivalent on-the-job progressive experience.
- Intermediate computer software skills required.

El / La Director / a de Hotel ser responsable de la gestin integral y operativa de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Su misin es asegurar que todas las reas del hotel funcionen de manera eficiente y rentable proporcionando un alto nivel de servicio al cliente y garantizando la satisfaccin de los huspedes.
Cules sern tus funciones

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring a seamless and luxury-caliber guest experience.
- Strong focus on guest experience, personalization, and loyalty
- Be a visible leader on property, attending to VIP guests and ensuring personalized service.

4. Gestión Operativa y Financiera
• Supervisar las operaciones diarias del hotel: recepción, housekeeping, F&B y mantenimiento.
• Garantizar la rentabilidad del hotel mediante un control eficiente de costes y presupuestos.
• Aplicar estrategias de revenue management para maximizar ocupación y beneficios.
• Velar por el cumplimiento de normativas legales, laborales y de seguridad.

• Formación en Turismo, Dirección Hotelera, Sostenibilidad o áreas afines.
• Experiencia de mínimo 3-5 años en dirección o subdirección hotelera, preferentemente en marcas económicas y sostenibles.
• Conocimiento de normativas medioambientales y certificaciones (Green Key, Green Globe, etc.).
• Manejo de sistemas de gestión hotelera (Opera, FOLS, PMS).
• Experiencia en gestión de residuos, eficiencia energética y proveedores responsables.
• Valorable formación adicional en sostenibilidad, impacto social o gestión ambiental
