Securitas Seguridad España S.A., precisa incorporar un/a Jefe/a de Operaciones de Tecnología Nacional:

Funciones:

Garantizar la correcta prestación de los servicios de tecnología (instalaciones y mantenimiento) en los clientes nacionales (Cuentas Corporativas, Retail y Banca) y en los proyectos estratégicos
Llevar la interlocución con todas las áreas comerciales y de gestión nacionales
Definir la estrategia de relación con los clientes clave en coordinación con los Gestores de Cliente y los jefes de proyecto.
Liderar en primera persona los proyectos/servicios estratégicos donde este involucrados la jefatura de proyectos
Supervisar la satisfacción global del cliente en todos los proyectos activos.
Intervenir en situaciones críticas con clientes estratégicos.
Establecer políticas y estándares de reporte hacia el cliente.
Establecer la visión estratégica de los proyectos dentro del marco de objetivos de la compañía.
Validar los presupuestos definidos en las ofertas y dar soporte para asegurar la rentabilidad de cada proyecto.
Llevar el control las cuentas de resultado y hacer análisis de estas por verticales/clientes para tomar acciones correctivas si fuese necesario
Supervisar la planificación y ejecución operativa de los proyectos bajo su responsabilidad, asegurando que se cumplen plazos, calidad y alcance.
Coordinar las diferentes zonas operativas para alinear el servicio con las necesidades del cliente/negocio, dotando de los recursos adicionales necesarios.
Dar soporte técnico y estratégico a los jefes de proyecto en la toma de decisiones críticas.
Coordinar a nivel transversal, cuando proceda, las áreas implicadas en los proyectos (compras, ingeniería, legal, financiero…).
Impulsar la estandarización de procesos de gestión de proyectos y herramientas comunes.
Liderar los equipos que facilitan las prestaciones de servicio (Seguridad física, Service Manager, Puesta en marcha, Delineación, Contratos de mantenimiento Retail )
Establecer medidas de control y acciones correctoras cuando vea que no se están cumpliendo los objetivos a nivel de servicio y económicos.
Implantar las ultimas metodologías que permitan evolucionar nuestros servicios (PMO, etc,.)
Definir el dimensionamiento adecuado de los equipos de proyecto.
Participar en la selección y evaluación de los jefes de proyecto y personal clave asociado a los proyectos.
Detectar necesidades de formación y desarrollo del equipo de proyectos, junto con la Dirección de Personas y Talento.
Motivar y fidelizar al talento clave, fomentando una cultura orientada a resultados y colaboración.
Evaluar el desempeño global de los jefes de proyecto en función de KPIs definidos.
Garantizar una correcta comunicación entre los equipos, fomentando la alineación entre personas, procesos y objetivos.

Requisitos:

Estudios – Mínimo:
Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
Estudios – Valorable:
Formación relacionada con la gestión de proyectos.
Conocimientos – Mínimo:
Proyectos de seguridad electrónica. Gestión de costes. Identificación y valoración de riesgos. MS Office nivel alto. MS Project. Inglés B2
Conocimientos – Valorable:
Certificaciones específicas de PMO (p. ej. PMI).
Experiencia – Mínimo:
Experiencia de, al menos 5 años, en gestión de grandes proyectos industriales, de seguridad, de construcción, IT o similares, con trato directo con clientes.
Experiencia – Valorable:
Experiencia en proyectos con fuerte componente IT y de comunicaciones (p. ej. implantación PSIM). Experiencia en PMO:
definición y mantenimiento de procedimientos y estándares para proyectos.
Otros:
Carné de Conducir. Disponibilidad para viajar.
Se valorará certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%.

    The Operations Manager leads and oversees project teams on large-scale construction projects.

    A key aspect of role involves taking full ownership and accountability for :

    Duties and responsibilities

    Pre-Construction :

  • Lead Tender Team and Competitive Submissions : Direct the bidding process and craft winning proposals based on thorough analyses and innovative strategies.
  • Program, Documents, and Meetings : Develop comprehensive project plans, schedule start-up meetings, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned with the project objectives.
  • Procurement Strategy and Risk Management : Design strategies for supplier selection and comprehensive risk management frameworks.
  • Safety Plans and Site Logistics : Develop and enforce stringent safety and site logistics plans to comply with all regulations.
