Preferred Skills (a plus, but not mandatory):

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other agile collaboration tools.
• Knowledge of financial services platforms or private banking workflows.
• Experience in scaling agile across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Willingness to take on broader responsibilities such as Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Agile Coach over time.
